We are a start up company (for this area) located in Westchester County in search of a Clinical Quality Assurance RN.  This will be a contracted per diem position. We are hoping that this type of position is for you. We would like for you to interact with our clients and grow with us.  It is important that we provide the client with the reassurance that their care will be in the hands of quality nurses adhering to your care plans that have their best interests in hand.

• Interact with the client for the completion of their Care Plan
• Establish a Plan of Care for the NYC DOE parents/physicians for the care of the student(s)
• Consult and coordinate with health care team members to determine trends to improve patient services.
• Analyze and monitor performance data to evaluate patient care plans.
• Assist in the development of processes and procedures to ensure quality patient services and compliance of professional standards
• Coaches, counsels nurses to help drive clinical best procedures
• Participates in client meetings
• Oversees the the work product of our nurses
• Maintains positive rapport with clients
