We are currently looking for a Full-Time Physical Therapist to join our Outpatient ­Rehabilitative Services team in Pueblo, CO. Parkview is a 350 bed acute care teaching hospital that is privately owned and governed. We are seeking a Physical Therapist to provide care to patients in an Outpatient ­Rehabilitative setting within their scope.

Physical Therapist Job Responsibilities:

• Performs outpatient admissions/assessments, discharge planning, home evaluations
• Develops and Delegates/Carries out treatment program
• Has knowledge of Rehab specific concepts/philosophy/techniques
• Performs appropriate use of Modalities
• Carries out charting/chart review/ treatment documentation
• Performs Supervision of PTA’s and aides within our rehabilitative setting
• Performs Vestibular/Balance, dry needling, IADL FIM scoring

Physical Therapist Job Requirements:

• Current Colorado Physical Therapist License
• Dry Needle Certification from American Physical Therapy Association
• Masters or Doctorate in Physical Therapy
• Bachelor’s Degree in Physical Therapy 
• Physical Therapy experience preferred
• Interest in or experience with pelvic floor treatment preferred
