A growing healthcare staffing firm seeks a passionate, talented marketer with great people skills to help with the business development and marketing piece of their sister company, their home care services division.  The Home Care Division is placing Elder Care Home Companions, Nannies/Sitters for Child Care, Tutors, Dog Walkers, Housekeepers, Chefs and Personal Assistants.

Salveo Healthcare Solutions, is a healthcare staffing company located in Larchmont, NY.  We provide placement for Occupational, Physical, Speech, Counseling, Nurses for the NYC DOE and for Home Care Facilities as well as Skilled Nursing Facilities.   

This is an excellent opportunity to learn the placement business while getting in on the ground floor of our expansion.  This opportunity can lead to running our sister company as we continue to grow in the Home Services Business.  Individual will learn business planning and development and development, manage the company Contact Management System, schedule and attend marketing meetings with business owners, assist in business presentations.  Help to recruit and develop staff, navigate through the CRM to establish good partnerships with both parties looking.

Looking for an entrepreneurial mindset and someone not afraid to roll up their sleeves and take charge.  Ability to pick up the phone and make introductions, make a business presentation, follow up on the finer details.  Team player a must.  Prior experience:  Prefer B2C, networking, sales, recruiting a plus.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Attend Chamber of Commerce meetings, Networking meetings.  Network and market through Senior centers and P.T.A. at Board of Ed, Youth Organizations, social media, etc.Market and Assist the HR team with posting positions, sourcing resumes, calling prospective candidates, scheduling interviews, and conducting initial phone screenings. Ability to COLD CALL, develop business relationships/development and obtain information should come easily. Answer phones, print/copy documents. Demonstrate discretion, integrity, fair-mindedness, and a persuasive, congenial personality.  Must have in depth knowledge of social media marketing and advertising.  Understanding of the purpose of social media for businesses. Able to learn quickly in a fast paced environment and work independently.
