Psychologist will conduct psycho educational evaluation on a High School student, including congitive and academic achievement testing
- During this evaluation, a licensed psychologist works with the student to get a better understanding of how his or her thinking processes work and what his or her strengths and weaknesses are as a learner.
- The psychoeducational assessment contributes information about processes which affect learning, thinking, and behavior and thereby provides a basis for designing an educational plan that builds on the students strengths and helps to overcome weaknesses.
