A Hospital in Brooklyn is looking for a Senior Clinical Analysts to join their team.

Location : Brooklyn NY

Compensation : $115 – 135K

Responsibilities:

·         Identifies and evaluates the following for inclusion and consideration in CIS applications design: patient/department work flow; workstation layout, departmental procedures and forms

·         Consistently follows coding/programming Standards and MIS procedures related to file /table updates and interfaces

·         Consistently collects, analyses data and troubleshoots systems/applications.

·         Consistently modifies programs and conducts testing as per MIS policies and Change Control

·         Participates in coding for new applications as it relates to matrix coding, table modification, RFT developments (reports), modification and testing

·         Demonstrates competence in Report Writing and /or Data analysis of system(s).

·         Meets with users to define applications needs.  Designs and creates clinical information systems applications to address user needs.

·         Demonstrates strong analytical skills, ability to assess situations, problem solving, consider alternatives and choose appropriate course of action in systems /projects in a timely manner

·         Develops, implements and evaluates all unit functional and integrated testing processes

·         Assures that all templates are validated and pass through the QA process prior to placing into production environment.

·         Acts as the CIS duty officer (days and weekends), to resolve problems related to applications, interfaces, error messages and hardware
