Qualifications:
Responsible for providing Nursing services rendered to the patients of the Certified Home Health CareProgram (CHHA) according to the standards of Nursing Practice. Works under moderate supervision.
Schedule is Monday – Friday from 8:30 am – 4:30 pm, weekend availability a plus, they will consider those that can offer 3 days a week (weekend availability can be included to equate to 3 days. Orientation will be done in Manhattan office, M-F, M (6 days of orientation from 8:30 – 4:30). Next orientation is scheduled for mid October 2017.
Licensure: License and current registration to practice as a registered professional nurse in New York State required. Valid drivers license or NYS Non-Driver photo ID card, may be required as determined by operational/regional needs. INDIVIDUALS MUST DRIVE, HAVE A DRIVER’S LICENSE AND ACCESS TO A CAR.
Education: Associate/Bachelor Degree in Nursing from an approved program required.
Experience: Minimum of 1 year min experience is Required, BSN is preferred, if you are an- AAS level RN with 2+ years of related homecare or hospital or subacute experience you will be considered.
