Position:  This position will provide assistance to senior recruiters in the Healthcare and Education Industry.  We are seeking applicants who thrive under a competitive, dynamic and growing workplace.

Responsibilities will include:   Recruit, interview and recommend candidates for positions.  Continuously sources and builds pipeline for current and future needs.   Write job ads on behalf on the company, contact applicants to arrange interviews, organize and credential candidates.  Must have the ability to multitask with a friendly approachable manner.  Enters all activities in database in a timely manner and insures system data integrity.  Ensures screening requirements (reference checks, background checks and credentialing) are completed, consistent with contractual requirements.
