A growing healthcare staffing firm seeks a passionate, talented Human Resources Intern with great people skills.
DESCRIPTION
Salveo Healthcare Solutions, is a healthcare staffing company located in Larchmont, NY. We provide placement for Occupational, Physical, Speech, Counseling, Nurses for the NYC DOE and soon for Westchester County schools for Children with Learning Disbilities, Home Care Facilities as well as Skilled Nursing Facilities. We are currently looking for intern(s) working towards a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field, to recruit therapists and other healthcare professionals. This internships will help students gain great experience with written and communication skills and assist the HR team with posting positions, sourcing resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting initial phone screenings.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Assist the HR team with posting positions, sourcing resumes, calling prospective candidates for upcoming bid, scheduling interviews, and conducting initial phone screenings.Ability to COLD CALL, develop business relationships/development and obtain information should come easily. Answer phones, print/copy documents. Demonstrate discretion, integrity, fair-mindedness, and a persuasive, congenial personality.
