Senior Management opportunity for a Licensed Civil Engineer (PE) with at least three years of experience in managing professional staff and ten years in one or more of the following areas: geotechnical engineering, construction materials engineering, special inspections, and environmental consulting. Positions available in several of Company’s locations including Las Vegas, Nevada. Performance bonus package and potential for sign-on/ stay bonus for the right candidate(s).

Responsibilities:
In addition to managing projects across several disciplines, the successful candidate will have the potential to assume responsibilities in the following areas:
Inspire and drive growth in sales and personnel
Ensure safety and compliance practices
Handle issues and opportunities with projects, clients, and staff
Coordinate resources with other locations
Oversee personnel hiring, development and utilization
Lead client development activity in all markets
Negotiate contracts with support from counsel
Support administrative staff and systems
Implement company policies and oversee facilities for one or more locations
Qualifications:
Ten years of project experience, including three years managing staff
Strong desire to succeed as a team
History of participating in local and professional communities
Ability to articulate a vision and lead by example
Working knowledge of the latest codes and standards governing the work
Strong ability to read, understand, and interpret project plans and specifications
Ability to make decisions in accordance with established policies and regulations
