Lead overall Refuge Results project delivery and coordination.  

Manage Government-approved backlog, priorities, schedules, and deliverables.  

Coordinate Agile sprint planning, execution, reviews, and release activities.  

Coordinate multidisciplinary technical resources across development, integration, GIS, and infrastructure.  

Track project risks, issues, dependencies, action items, and delivery status.  

Prepare project status reports and communicate progress to Government stakeholders.  

Coordinate seasonal workload planning and resource adjustments.  

Support quality, documentation, knowledge transfer, and continuous improvement activities.  

Bachelor's degree.  

12+ years of related experience.  

Federal IT project/program management experience.  

Experience managing Agile or iterative software-development projects.  

Experience managing multidisciplinary technical teams.  

Experience with project planning, scheduling, risk and issue management, and status reporting.  

Strong written, verbal, and stakeholder communication skills.  

Experience supporting application development, modernization, or O&M programs.
