Must possess InfoComm International Certification in Audiovisual Technology at a minimum.
•    Certified Technology Specialist (CTS) in Audiovisual Technology Installation is preferred.
•    Certifications must remain current throughout contract performance with no lapse in recertification.
•    Must complete basic training in Crestron, AMX, Biamp, and Extron systems within 120 days after contract award at the Contractor’s expense. Completion of these trainings is a condition of continued employment under the contract.
Security Clearance: Must possess an active Secret Clearance at the time of hire

.     Associate’s degree in a related field OR minimum three (3) years of technically related experience providing audiovisual support.

·       Experience providing operational and sustainment support for audiovisual hardware, software, networking components, and classroom technology environments.

·       Working knowledge of audiovisual and information technology equipment settings required for normal operation of AV and IT systems.

·       Ability to interpret audiovisual signal flow diagrams, wiring schematics, and perform communication cabling repair when required.

·       Experience troubleshooting audiovisual equipment, replacing components, and performing preventative maintenance for classroom or event environments.

·       Ability to install, adjust, maintain, and operate audiovisual systems supporting presentations, conferences, ceremonies, and training events.

·       Ability to test audiovisual systems prior to events and adjust audio mixers, filters, and acoustic equalizers to ensure high-quality sound reproduction and prevent distortion.

·       Experience coordinating audiovisual requirements with customers, conducting site surveys, and determining equipment configurations for event support.

·       Experience maintaining equipment inventory, repair parts accountability, and documentation for shipping and receiving of audiovisual equipment and replacement parts.

·       Ability to develop and manage audiovisual equipment loaner programs and maintain accountability of issued equipment.

·       Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft 365 applications including Outlook, OneDrive, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, OneNote, SharePoint, Teams, Viva Engage, and Access for documentation and reporting purposes.

·       Contractor personnel must understand, speak, read, and write the English language.

·       U.S. Citizenship is required.

·       Strong written and verbal communication skills.

·       Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds and work at heights up to 20 feet.

Responsibilities

·       Provide daily on-site operational and sustainment support for installed FCP classroom audiovisual equipment including hardware, software, networking components, and Microsoft Teams video conferencing systems.

·       Provide technical support across areas including system administration, audiovisual administration, software maintenance, hardware and software installation, diagnostics, troubleshooting, resolution, and user training.

·       Maintain daily logs of performance tasks, customer requests, and known technical issues.

·       Utilize Army Enterprise Service Management Platform (AESMP) to track service requests and workload.

·       Capture daily and weekly sustainment reporting requirements using the SharePoint ticketing system and FCP repository.

·       Provide status reporting on daily activities, recurring issues, preventative maintenance checks, classroom maintenance activities, and resolved problems.

·       Perform monthly preventative maintenance of classroom audiovisual equipment including cleaning projectors and audiovisual equipment cabinets.

·       Replace projector filters and lamps as required.

·       Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve classroom equipment performance issues and replace parts when necessary.

·       Serve as the classroom support representative for FCP and maintain routine communication with the COR.

·       Perform weekly inventory of shelf stock equipment and repair items used for classroom maintenance.

·       Maintain a Common Operating Picture (COP) of all FCP classrooms.

·       Assist Government personnel and other staff with daily classroom operation of audiovisual equipment and provide user training as needed.

·       Provide on-site audiovisual expertise supporting classroom operations and troubleshooting activities.

·       Ensure all classrooms remain fully operational and capable of supporting Government training activities.

·       Enter sustainment tickets into the FCP SharePoint ticketing system and monitor tickets until successful completion and closure.

·       Maintain accountability of audiovisual equipment and repair parts used for troubleshooting, repair, and preventative maintenance.

·       Report daily usage of bulbs and repair parts by classroom within the FCP repository.

·       Coordinate with FCP technical support points of contact to resolve troubleshooting issues and restore classroom functionality.

·       Interpret audiovisual signal flow diagrams and schematics and repair communication cabling as required.

·       Document shipping and receiving of audiovisual repair and replacement parts, including labeling, packaging, shipment documentation, and material tracking.

·       Produce audio products for presentations, ceremonies, conferences, and other events and set up audiovisual equipment for event use.

·       Receive requests for audiovisual equipment and recording support for ceremonies such as change-of-command events, retirements, awards ceremonies, special occasions, presentations, and conferences.

·       Coordinate with customers to determine audiovisual requirements and conduct site surveys across the installation to verify power availability, room configuration, and speaker placement.

·       Determine equipment quantity and configuration, transport equipment to and from event sites, install and operate systems, and support Command and authorized customer events.

·       Test systems prior to presentations or ceremonies and monitor audiovisual output during events.

·       Develop and manage the audiovisual loaner program including issuing, tracking, and receiving audiovisual equipment.

·       Provide instructions and briefings on the use of audiovisual systems and instructional technology equipment.

·       Perform audiovisual setup for USAFCOEFS and school special events.

·       Maintain daily logs of work performed and create SharePoint tickets for each classroom issue reported.

·       Create FCP or AESMP tickets as required to address classroom issues.

·       Provide monthly reports to the COR outlining completed work and pending tasks on the first normal duty day of each month.

·       Propose a work log format for COR review and approval within 30 days of contract award.

·       Respond to classroom service requests within two (2) hours and complete work within four (4) hours.

·       Respond to other service requests within four (4) hours and complete work within eight (8) hours unless extended timelines are coordinated with the COR for complex tasks.

·       Work schedules may include evenings, weekends, or non-standard hours to support ceremonies, conferences, and mission requirements.

·       Occasional travel or support coverage to Fort Hood, Texas may be required.
