Position Overview: The ideal candidate for Jr. Project Manager will have ad agency experience working with creative and account management teams, as well as client interaction.

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage an efficient and collaborative workflow
• Coordinate projects, schedules, track the progress to ensure deadlines are met
• Provide timely information regarding project status
• Ad hoc tasks to assist the creative and account management teams as required

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of project management experience
• Comprehensive project management skills with the ability to manage large volumes of work
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Experienced in formal business workflows
• Confident, tactful and persuasive manner, diplomatic and collaborative
• Solution-focused, resourceful and able to think on feet
