Salary Range - $175,000 - $250,000 + Discretionary Bonus

 Role Description

The Vice President - Operations provides leadership for the company’s operations with an emphasis on planning, directing, coordinating and overseeing the Account Management, Corporate Training, Deployment and Client Care operations activities in the organization, ensuring efficient operations and cost-effective systems to meet current and future needs of AutoAlert. You work with internal and external leadership in developing appropriate strategies, tactics, and communications to support internal and external customers.

 You are a team player with strong problem-solving skills and an innovative mindset. You are part of a creative, diverse, collaborative team of hardworking individuals with the goal of increasing brand favorability, customer engagement and advocacy, and revenue growth. This is a fast-paced role that requires strong leadership, priority management, and interpersonal skills.

 ·       Work with the board of directors and other executives to establish short-term objectives and long-range goals, and related plans and policies

·       Establishes, implements, and communicates the strategic direction of AutoAlert’s internal operations division

·       Collaborates with other members of executive leadership to develop and meet company goals while supplying expertise and guidance on operations projects and systems

·       Ensures departmental decisions and project plans such as those for deployment, development organization, material efficiency, and facilities are in line with the organization’s business plan and vision

·       Establishes, communicates, and implements internal operations-related policies, practices, standards, and security measures to ensure effective and consistent support and execution

·       Identifies training needs and ensures proper training is developed and provided

·       Other duties as assigned

 Your Experience and Impact

·       Excellent managerial and financial skills and the ability to take leadership over any Inside Operations area

·       Excellent communication skills, particularly the ability to communicate as a leader

·       History of thriving in a rapidly changing environment

·       Thorough understanding of management and financial practices in all areas and phases of Inside Operations

·       Extensive professional experience in leadership roles

·       Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Engineering or other industry-related field or equivalent work experience required

·       10+ years of industry-related experience including three years in upper management required

 Supervisory Responsibilities

·       Recruits, interviews, and trains management-level staff in the Inside Operations departments

·       Leads the efficient operation and professional development of the team

·       Conducts performance evaluations that are timely and constructive

·       Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization’s policies and applicable laws, partnering with Human Resources Business Partners.

·       Handles discipline and termination of employees in accordance with company policy and in cooperation with Human Resources Business Partner
