Veseris Portland is currently seeking a skilled customer service representative to join our team. As a customer service representative, you will be responsible for managing customer inquiries and providing support for their needs. You will be a key member of our team and will work closely with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
To be successful in the role, one must:- Process customer orders in real time via in person, phone, online, and/or email.
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, in-person, and email in a timely and professional manner
- Process all administrative and operational tasks i.e. paperwork, reports, warehouse receiving and put away
- Perform operational tasks, which include but are not limited to Receiving, Counting, Pulling/Staging orders and Stocking inventory
- Provide support for customer issues and escalate to the appropriate department when necessary
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
- Work closely with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction
- Continuously learn about our products and services to provide accurate information to customers
- Identify opportunities to improve the customer experience and provide feedback to management
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in customer service or related field preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office software
- Ability to work outside of normal hours, when needed
- Effectively implements the basic procedures and protocols for inter-department cooperation and teamwork
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs to stock and ship products when necessary
- Ability to make upsells
