Product Manager (d/m/f) - Automotive LED Driver ICRoles and Responsibilities:

Analyze relevant application/market trends and derive strategic implication for the auto portfolio of lighting solutions LED IC drivers

Motivate and steer cross-functional teams to achieve the target
-
Responsibility for the whole product life cycle and portfolio management according to customer needs

Manage and track product business case

Conceive and implement go-to-market strategies for our IC Driver for automotive products

Define and communicate the value proposition of the company's automotive portfolio for IC Drivers

Closely collaborate with various functions, like other Product managers, System Architect, Business Intelligence, Regional Marketing, Sales in order to ensure the success of automotive IC Driver product portfolio

Own the pricing strategy and develop customer specific quotes and business case calculations

Develop product volume and revenue forecasts and monitor financial performance, contributing to the profitable growth of the product line

Product Management: Develop target cost roadmap, Define, initiate and manage product improvement, Manage impact of product changes, Own technical product benchmarking, Manage new product introduction, Align with R&D on product specification, timing and resources, Sign off supply and build plan
Qualifications:
- Successfully completed university degree in Electrical Engineering, Microelectronics or similar
- At least 8 years of professional experience, with 3-5 years in product marketing or product management within semiconductor field
- Experience in a global, multicultural environment
- Pronounced marketing skills, preferably with experience on technical B2B products
- A positive and enthusiastic attitude to interact successfully with internal and external stakeholders on all levels
- Team player contributing with both, marketing competency and hands-on support when needed
- Fluent in English
