Conexess Group is aiding a large healthcare client in their search for a ServiceNow Administrator in a remote capacity. This is a long-term opportunity with a competitive compensation package.

Responsibilities:- Performing day-to-day management within ServiceNow to drive improved outcomes by utilizing ITSM processes at acceptable Service Levels
- Working with a team of professionals who own the Technology Service Management Incident and Request processes within ServiceNow.
- Accountability to design an effective and efficient process using cross functional teams throughout technology to solve evolving business needs.
- Engagement of stakeholders to ensure alignment with their requirements and expectations.
- Use of statistical and logic data analysis techniques to describe, illustrate, condense and summarize optimization opportunities.
- Effectively utilizing peer relationships and technical resources to deliver quality outcomes as required within the organization.
- Setting, monitoring and developing control plans to performance targets and/or KPI's.
- Testing platform upgrades
- Informing stakeholder communities of enhancements, process changes, trends, etc.
- 5+ years working in IT Service Management or a similar field
- 2+ years working in ServiceNow
- ITIL v3+ Certified required
- ServiceNow esperience is required
- Process Improvement Experience (A3, Six Sigma, etc.) is preferred
- Project Management is preferred
