Conexess Group is aiding a large healthcare client in their search for a ServiceNow Administrator in a remote capacity.  This is a long-term opportunity with a competitive compensation package.

Responsibilities:
  • Performing day-to-day management within ServiceNow to drive improved outcomes by utilizing ITSM processes at acceptable Service Levels
  • Working with a team of professionals who own the Technology Service Management Incident and Request processes within ServiceNow.
  • Accountability to design an effective and efficient process using cross functional teams throughout technology to solve evolving business needs.
  • Engagement of stakeholders to ensure alignment with their requirements and expectations.
  • Use of statistical and logic data analysis techniques to describe, illustrate, condense and summarize optimization opportunities.
  • Effectively utilizing peer relationships and technical resources to deliver quality outcomes as required within the organization.
  • Setting, monitoring and developing control plans to performance targets and/or KPI's.
  • Testing platform upgrades
  • Informing stakeholder communities of enhancements, process changes, trends, etc.
Qualifications:
  • 5+ years working in IT Service Management or a similar field
  • 2+ years working in ServiceNow
  • ITIL v3+ Certified required
  • ServiceNow esperience is required
  • Process Improvement Experience (A3, Six Sigma, etc.) is preferred
  • Project Management is preferred
