Our client, a well known and highly respected apparel company is currently seeking a experienced Contract Administrator with a strong background with database configuration and contract management. This role will require Leading the planning, design, manage projects, and communicate project status on the entire lifecycle of the project. This opportunity offers fully remote work.
Contract Management:-
- Legal Operations:
- Keep track of contracts and follow process for extensions, renewals, or terminations
- Ensures contracts are executed in accordance with corporate guidelines
- Prepares reports on status of contracts
- Create, analyze, and execute an array of contracts for various types of transactions
- Conducts special projects as assigned.

- Contract Lifecycle Management Software (www.agiloft.com)
- Maintain contract database
- Create/maintain reports and user dashboards
- Data entry and accuracy
- Implement system configuration updates as requested
- Supporting different levels of users
Education:- Minimum:
-
- Associate degree
- And one of the following:
-
- 5+ years of contract administration
- Paralegal Certificate
- CCCM certification (Certified Commercial Contracts Manager) awarded by the National Contract Management Association (NCMA)
- CPCM certification (Certified Professional Contracts Manager) awarded by the NCMA
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:- Relevant work experience preparing and monitoring contracts
- Exceptional management skills
- Excellent technological knowledge and abilities
- Exhibits strong analytical and critical thinking
- Advanced Microsoft Suite skills, esp. Excel
