Sands Investment Group (SIG), one of the nation's fastest growing commercial real estate firms, is seeking a Marketing Associate to join our Charleston, SC office. The Marketing Associate will work closely with the Marketing Team on the production of our Offering Memorandums (Marketing Sales Packages) and perform other administrative tasks. This position requires an individual who demonstrates a genuine interest in the work, has meticulous attention to detail and excellent design skills. 

Responsibilities Include (but are not limited to):

• Manage and coordinate with our internal and external partners to to drive direction and implementation of marketing efforts for our exclusive commercial property listings

• Manage and edit marketing offering memorandums

• Management of project databases such as: Quickbase, Asana and Buildout

• Managing listings on SIG’s website and third party sites 

• Participate in and contribute to weekly marketing team meetings

• Pull data and report for the Marketing Team and Senior Leadership

• Update a variety of print and digital marketing materials, ranging from brochures to social media content and event-related promotional marketing

• Maintain updates to SIG’s intranet and other internal tools

• Manage main phone line and the corporate email account

• Assist in ad hoc marketing projects as needed

Requirements:

• Must be extremely organized and detail-oriented with the ability to focus and execute on tasks without error

• 1-2 years of experience in a corporate environment, marketing experience preferred  

• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously

• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

• Excellent oral and written communication skills

• Must be proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

• Experience in Adobe Photoshop

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Skills Preferred (but not required):

• Experience in Commercial Real Estate

• Wordpress
