We have an immediate need to assist our military with a Construction Manager!
The position functions as the Construction Manager, providing the Department of State a full range of construction quality assurance and management and technical oversight of the Gaborone, Botswana Project. The construction manager will maintain and execute the project plan, schedule, and ensure compliance with budget, schedule, plans and specifications. The incumbent will also supervise and coordinate all construction activities including voltage electrical system replacement and create site specific plans and procedures to create a safe work environment throughout the job site. This position is established to support and assist the Department of State in ensuring the completion of the project in accordance with contract requirements.

- Required Skills
-
• Degree in engineering, architecture, or construction management from an accredited U.S. University
• 7 years of construction experience
• Active Secret/Top Secret Clearance
• Experience with architectural inspection; evaluating design calculations and data; reviewing construction drawings and submittals
• Knowledge of International Codes required
