Description
Idea Recruitment has partnered with an Emergency Physicians Group in Jacksonville, FL in their search for a Recruitment Associate to assist the Director of Recruitment with the full-cycle recruitment process and recruitment activities for practitioners.  The recruitment assistant will assist with the screening, interviewing, and processing of candidates and contracting of independent contractors.  

*This is a hybrid position (On site and remote/work from home)*
 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

 
  • Assist and support the Director of Recruitment
  • Assist and coordinate the development of strategic practitioner recruitment plans
  • Arrange and coordinate interviews for candidates
  • Source practitioner candidates using a variety of search methods to build a robust practitioner candidate pipeline.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with industry professionals by attending industry networking and events to recruit candidates
  • Manage all practitioner requisitions for hiring managers and assist too develop and update effective job advertisements for candidates.
  • Assist in process improvements including recruitment tools, templates, policies and procedures, including website.
  • Assist the offer process by extending the offer and completing contracting requirements.
  • Manage all communication with Recruitment Director and candidates and prepare required paperwork.
  • Analyze all candidates and needs for organization and coordinate with Recruitment Director.
  • Attend conferences for recruitment support.
  • Other duties as requested.
 

Education and Experience Requirements:

 
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
  • 2+ years of recruiting experience preferred.
  • Prior experience working in a doctor/medical office
  • Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Prior experience utilizing Microsoft Office software to prepare correspondence, develop reports, utilize spreadsheets and create presentations required.
  • Able to act with a sense of urgency and responsiveness after hours and some weekends, as needed.

  • Systems & Software – proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office software applications.
Required Skills
