Title Insurance Coordinator

As the Title Insurance Coordinator, you will execute the following tasks:

  • Communicate with agency personnel
  • Manage company’s agency data requirements
  • Responsible for company’s agent compliance information
  • Present and document the findings of your research
  • Monitor agent policy inventory
  • Provide backup for existing employees in a variety of different tasks
  • Manage the appointment of agents and individuals
  • Answer phones and perform general office duties

  • 1 year of similar experience, preferably in the real estate or insurance industries (although not required)
  • Working Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Detail-oriented with excellent communication skills (both verbal/written)
  • Ability to understand complex insurance rules, rates, and processes
  • Work collaboratively, as a member of the Alliant National Team
