We are seeking a strong Project Manager to work with our dream team delivering IT projects across
the organization. This role is a fully integrated member of the Project Management team. She/He
will be responsible for management of business process design and enhancement review, project
requests across the organization and coordination of implementation including but not limited to
requirements gathering, gap analysis and overall operational impact and change management. This
role also works very closely with many teams across MP2 and Shell to maintain fluid communication
of project progress, risks and overall budget/schedule statuses. Key successes will come from
meeting expected delivery timelines and ensuring  project implementation is meeting stakeholder
needs.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:
•     Responsible for business process design and enhancement by way of evaluating and
       making recommendations on specifications for new tools, projects, processes, and applications
•     Interact with operational teams and business stakeholders to obtain documented requirements
       and ensure requirements are all-inclusive to support the design of new or improved processes
•     Responsible for dispatching all applicable resources to department project leads including
       test script templates and project related documentation
•     Responsible for change management including the notification to all impacted departments to
       ensure change is properly implemented
•     Responsible for meeting all phases and milestones of project in accordance with project
       timeline including departmental testing and contractual obligations
•     Communicates proactively on status, process standards, changes, gaps and workarounds clearly
       and succinctly to all project stakeholders including third party vendor(s)
•     Responsible for communicating overall project status and needed escalation to Vice President
       of Project Management should scope budget or timeline be at risk
•     Aide in resource availability and allocation including the coordination of third-party
       vendor(s) for seamless execution of projects
•     Developing project plans and task accountability across the organization
•     Responsible for managing project statement of work forms submitted for approval

Competencies & Attributes for Success in this Role:
•     History of managing large project implementations with many moving parts
•     Experience implementing Salesforce projects for consumer facing companies
•     Deep knowledge of the energy industry or other consumer facing industry implementing digital
       customer experiences
•     Comprehensive understanding of business rules and operations
•     Ability to develop process documents, customer journey documentation to coalesce business
       needs and workflows
•     Advanced leadership skills with the capacity to influence
•     Experience with change management best practices
•     Strong interpersonal, analytical and time management skills
•     Possess a wide degree of creativity and innovation
•     Ability to multi-task, problem solve and articulate thoughts and concepts well
•     Ability to think strategically as well as understand the practical, day-to-day implementation
       requirements for successful completion
•     Conflict management and resolution

Essential Requirements:
•     Experience with change management best practices and Agile/SCRUM processes
•     Comply with company policies and procedures
•     5+ years consumer industry-facing experience
•     5+ years in a Project Management capacity
•     College degree in Business management related degree
•     Proficient use of Microsoft Office programs including Word, Outlook, and strong Excel skills
•     Proficient with Visio, MS Project, Smartsheet, Azure DevOps, Jira and/or other project
       management tool
•     Excellent analytical, organization and time management skills, with the ability to maintain a
       strict level of attention to detail
•     Ability to work well within a team environment and demonstrate a vested interest in team
       goals and objectives
•     Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills, with the ability to
       establish and maintain positive and effective working relationships
•     Self-motivated with the desire to consistently improve performance and gain further knowledge
•     Ability to meet deadlines, learn quickly and demonstrate effective problem solving and
       follow-up skills
