Location: NGA Campus East, North Fort Belvoir

Description:
​​​​Support the intake, vetting, management, and reporting of all incoming learning requests. Educate stakeholders on the learning requirements process, capabilities, and learning solution strategies as a means of satisfying different learning needs. Foster client partnerships and relationships with internal entities to advocate, promote, and/or further client’s corporate strategies/goals. Facilitate and support discussions at internal meetings and participate in activities related to training/education transformation activities.

Basic Qualifications:

  •  Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience within related field
  • Some experience performing the same or similar work in a formal academic or professional education/training environment
  • Knowledgeable of the A.D.D.I.E. model
  • Understanding of instructional systems theory
  • Experience collecting, compiling, analyzing, and synthesizing information/requirements
  • Excellent customer service and coordination skills
  • Demonstrated attention to detail and organization skills
  • Experience working in customer-focused, fast-paced environment
  • Ability to interact effectively with government clients at various levels
  • Able to work effectively within in a team and independently
  • Excellent oral and written communications skills
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (e.g., Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook)


Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Systems Design, Education Technology, Industrial/Organizational Psychology, Human Resources Management, Organizational Development, or related area from an accredited academic institution
  • Experience in developing and/or prescribing strategies for learning
  • Experience working with instructional technology and distributed learning solutions
  • Experience using SharePoint
  • Familiarity and/or working knowledge of the Intelligence Community and NGA
  • Desired Certifications: Blackboard Certified Trainer Program, Teaching and Learning Online Certification Series, Teaching and Learning Online Advanced Certification Series and Administrator Certifications; Articulate Storyline Certification
