Conexess Group is aiding a large healthcare client in their search for an Application Support Developer in a remote capacity. This is a long-term opportunity with a competitive compensation package.

Responsibilities:

  • Support the configuration of Identity & Access Management tools
  • Gather and document requirements for proposed enhancements
  • Diagnose technical problems and provide solutions to meet business needs
  • Develop solutions to implement new functionality and resolve application bugs
  • Perform unit-testing for quality control to ensure processes run as expected
  • Maintain in-house documentation for delivery to QA and Operations teams
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and problem elimination
  • Assist with management of the group’s work queue

Desired Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience supporting web-based applications
  • Experience working with AGILE project development teams
  • Proficient in reading/writing JS, HTML, CSS
  • Comfortable using tools such as Jira and Service Now
  • Experience with reading/writing SQL queries
  • Experience with reading/writing data in XML, JSON, CSV formats
  • Familiar with Active Directory, LDAP, VB scripting or PowerShell
  • Familiar with Linux commands and BASH shell scripts
  • Familiar with making REST API calls with tools such as Postman
  • Familiarity with an Identity, Access or Governance platform
  • Experience administrating or supporting an enterprise intranet application
  • Experience creating online forms and / or logic workflows
