This position is responsible for the successful onboarding, implementation, and adoption of SSL’s digital products with our customers. The ideal candidate will take a proactive stance towards engaging with SSL’s digital customers to make sure they receive world class support. This position works closely with the Educator Success Manager, the editorial and product development team, the customers, and the appropriate sales reps and rep managers.

Seasonal Implementation Specialist is needed now through September in our Jacksonville, Florida office, but could turn to a permanent position for the right candidate.

Summary of Primary Responsibilities

  • ·         Work with Educator Success team to create new ways to engage the customer and adjust to their rapidly changing needs.
  • ·         Work with Educator Success team to uncover common needs within customer base.
  • ·         Strategize with Implementation and Sales to maximize the experience of educators using Coach Digital, Catch Up with Coach, SPIRE STAR, iSPIRE, Wordly Wise i3000, Success Coach STAR and FOSS
  • ·         Host and facilitate web-based presentations to increase customer educational support and engagement.
  • ·         Supports training sales how to perform essential functions associated with digital programs.
  • ·         Assist Customer with implementation, ongoing usability, and overall incorporation of digital product into regular classroom environments.
  • ·         Reach out to customer following a sale to ensure implementation occurs efficiently.
  • ·         Maintain OF Assets, to keep an open channel of communication between all departments within the company.
  • ·         Maintain Health Checks for existing digital accounts to maintain contact throughout the license period/increase product satisfaction.
  • ·         Work with the Professional Development team for product onboarding.
  • ·         Collect data in regard to any customer feedback received, and share findings with Sales, Product, and Service Leadership.
  • ·         Maintain outstanding customer relationships, positioning our digital products for annual renewal.
  • ·         Work with other Educator Success team members to continuously create new ways to engage the customer and adjust to their rapidly changing needs.
  • ·         Ensure customer needs are met successfully in a timely manner.
  • ·         Other duties as required.

Minimum Experience Requirements

·         Ability to pay close attention to detail while multi-tasking

·         Above average knowledge of Microsoft Office products and high comfort level with technology

·         Strong communication, relationship building skills, and web-based presentation skills.

•         Experience using all forms of technology. Includes, but not limited to:

o   PC and/or Mac Computers

o   IWB’s

o   LCD Projectors

o   iPads/tablets

•         Experience troubleshooting basic network, printing problems. Knowledge of different operating systems and the most current forms of all (IE, Silverlight, Firefox, Safari, etc).
