We have a full-time opportunity for an experienced Administrative Assistant/Process Coordinator in our Phoenix, Arizona office. The anticipated work schedule is Monday through Friday 8 am to 5 pm.

Essential Functions
• Administrative support across multiple departments
• Information retrieval and data-entry
• Accounting operations (billing, invoicing, receivables)
• Report preparation and distribution
• Reception and telephone coordination
• Customer service
• Filing
• Payroll time card entry
• Other administrative functions as needed

• Strong organization and planning skills
• Professional attitude and bearing
• Solid reading and comprehension skills
• Excellent oral and writing skills
• Proficient with Excel, Outlook, MS Word, Office, and Google Docs
• Previous administrative experience required
• Previous construction industry experience helpful
