Customer Success Coordinator (Remote in the Boston area)

As the Customer Success Coordinator, you will utilize your skills and talents to successfully perform the following:

Project Coordination

  • Work with Engineering to oversee the overall planning, coordination, execution, and completion of assigned projects and strategic initiatives
  • Effectively communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders in a timely and clear fashion
  • Coordinate all activities related to a project (including, but not limited to, confirming order status, communicating updates to clients, scheduling etc.)
  • Be the focal point for communications, status, and schedules for concurrent IT projects
  • Review daily project time entries to assure complete and readiness for invoicing
  • Manage communication and documentation around change orders as needed

Quoting Process liaison

  • Work with the Procurement resource and engineering to provide proper documentation for quoting purposes
  • Oversee delivery timelines
  • Communicate with client and engineering team on product eta’s


  • Work with professional services team to assist with resourcing, scheduling, client communication
  • Work with operations to assist with assigning tickets and scheduling appropriately
  • Manage scheduled assignments for engineering team through ticketing system for projects and daily assignments

Sales Support

  • Assist with presentation and proposal creation
  • Assist with client services reports
  • Provide internal sales support to clients and Sales Executives

Administrative Support

  • Perform routine audits of ConnectWise data base as tasked by management
  • Assist with general administrative tasks
  • Help facilitate Security Awareness Program


  • 3 years of experience in a similar role
  • Strong MS Office Suite skills (MSW/Excel/PowerPoint/Outlook)
  • Technology background is a plus
  • Experience with ConnectWise is a plus
