Our client is seeking a junior Relationship Manager to support the Foundation’s Business Development team for Fiscal Sponsorships. You’ll be directly responsible and oversee the Foundation’s Fiscal Sponsored clients and maintain strong ongoing relationships with them.

The Relationship Manager is responsible for working with small to large clients, solving business or technical challenges, identify business opportunity and sales. You’ll work closely with senior staff, business analytics and marketing to deliver data-driven, acquisition targeting strategies, customer journeys, test and learn strategies, etc. that generate clear business revenue.

The ideal candidate must be passionate about customer service, sales, and philanthropy. You must be able to use data to solve complex business problems and has a track record of driving results. You must also be able to work well cross-functionally and communicate clearly, and are skilled at driving teams towards growth-oriented goals. Our client will expect to you to be comfortable, confident, and energized operating in a rapidly changing environment, and be passionate about the families and communities our client serves.  Multi/bi-lingual a plus (Spanish/English/Portuguese).


  • Serving and developing a significant book of Fiscal Sponsored clients (Regionally, Nationally and/or International – emphasis on LATAM).
  • Willingness to always go the extra mile to make the difference for the client.  Understand the client’s needs and find solutions that truly add value.
  • Onboarding of clients and preparation of documents (including quarterly statements)
  • Knowledge of the Customer/Client Acquisition cycle.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to design, implement and measure test & learn experiments.


  • Degree in Business, Management, Marketing or a similar field or 0-4 years’ experience working closely with customers and a sales team, any experience in customer service or sales is an advantage.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce and other Microsoft applications (Excel)
  • Track record of working independently/self-starter and solving analytical problems creatively, with clear outcomes and a strong sense of accountability
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to build and maintain relationships
