Media Project Coordinator

The Association for Corporate Growth’s media division is looking for a Media Project Coordinator to handle several aspects of our editorial project management. You’ll work with our editorial team to create systems that keep our projects on track and maximize efficiencies.


  • Project manage all sponsored content and related issues
  • Create and maintain tracking documents for editorial team
  • Coordinate editorial projects with ACG chapters
  • Coordinate production of relevant publications, including special issues and reports
  • Work with our printer/mailing house to streamline and maximize production processes
  • Special projects as assigned


  • Minimum 3 years' professional experience managing and/or coordinating projects
  • Middle Market Mergers & Acquisition (M&A) experience is great, but not required
  • Bachelor's Degree in relevant field desired
  • Stellar interpersonal communication skills to ensure effective teamwork in a remote workplace.
  • Master problem-solver to offer sound, efficient and effective solutions with minimal support.
  • Work well under pressure and maintain professionalism in a fast-paced department.
  • Ready to have fun, work hard, and collaborate with a fast-growing team.
