As the Data Coordinator, Audits you will provide operational support to the Delivery Department in creating the key client report deliverables that are compliant with regulations and firm methodology. This position must be based in the U.S.


  • Write and edit audit results into client deliverable reports including but not limited to SOC 1, SOC 2, SOC 3, and other IT security standards as directed
  • Organize daily workload to ensure all reports assigned are completed within the designated timeline and budgeted hours
  • Effectively manage competing priorities in a rapidly growing, fast-paced, team environment
  • Work independently to complete assignments in an efficient manner and in accordance with firm methodologies while ensuring high quality is maintained
  • Work with team to obtain all necessary documents and information for reports
  • Update and maintain report dashboards as required
  • Work towards achievement of the position’s annual goals and targets
  • Utilize good time management and ensure to meet tight deadlines
  • Demonstrate and maintain technical competency appropriate for role in audit, compliance, and security areas
  • Continue to learn from daily job experience and the study of internal audit standards, procedures, tools, and techniques
  • Cross train in other project support areas and act as backup when required
  • Participate in team and company-wide initiatives aimed at continually improving firm processes and offerings
  • Occasional evening and weekend work may be required as job duties demand
  • Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned


  • Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred. Relevant experience of a minimum of 3 to 5 years is required in lieu of a Bachelors’ degree
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent writing, editing, proofreading, and grammatical skills
  • Ability to present complex data in clear and concise text
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software
  • Proficiency with or the ability to quickly learn the organizations software systems
  • Strong project management, time management, analytical, interpersonal, attention to detail, and organizational skills
  • Professional interpersonal skills with a dedication to superior client service
  • Ability to build effective internal and client relationships with a positive and cooperative attitude
  • Ability to work independently with minimum supervision and prioritize multiple objectives in a rapidly changing environment
