Outbound Sales Specialist – Remote

As an Outbound Sales Specialist, you will seek new business opportunities by contacting and developing relationships with new customers. To qualify, you should have previous experience developing leads through outbound sales campaigns and meeting sales quotas.


  • Contact potential clients through cold calls and emails
  • Present the company to potential clients
  • Identify client needs and suggest appropriate products and services
  • Customize product solutions to increase customer satisfaction
  • Proactively seek new business opportunities in the market
  • Set up meetings or calls between prospective clients and the sales team
  • Prepare weekly sales results/reports for leadership 
  • Stay up to date with company products and services as well as pricing and payment plans


  • Minimum 2 years proven work experience as an Outbound Sales Specialist, Sales Account Executive, or similar role, preferably within a digital/consulting agency
  • Hands-on experience with multiple sales techniques including cold calls
  • Track record of achieving sales quotas
  • Experience with Salesforce and Outreach
  • Understanding of sales performance metrics
  • Ability to deliver engaging presentations
  • Experience in, and a high comfort level with a fast-paced, deadline-driven culture
  • Maintains an understanding of industry trends and technology principles
  • Excellent level of verbal and written English communication and negotiation skills
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
