An incredible opportunity is available to join our partner in building a game-changing integrated health system. We seek an experienced B2B Business Development Representative (Bilingual English/Spanish) to build relationships with physicians and other referral partners to generate new business relationships for our practice, focusing on injury patients driving toward recovery. This BDR position, in greater Orlando, will cover the Kissimmee/Hunters Creek territory.


The ideal candidate has at least 2-3 years of B2B territory sales experience, demonstrating success in building and maintaining strong relationships in both business and the community. We are looking for an individual who is performance and results-driven with strong consultative selling skills. In addition to skills and background, if you are optimistic, client-focused, and possess a competitive drive, you will rank high in our search.



  • Prospect, develop, and close new business. Must be able to target and identify key referral partners, generate awareness, and increase referrals within an assigned territory  
  • Conduct presentations to key referral sources within the territory  
  • Consistently achieve territory referral targets and other pre-determined KPI's  
  • Build advocacy and champions within each referral partner to help drive patient referrals  
  • Develop a pipeline of opportunities within assigned territory and execute on those opportunities
  • Utilize to manage all aspects of business: referral leads, daily activity, report generation, including providing timely and accurate feedback   
  • Cultivate a business plan and formulate business development strategies to attain territory referral targets  
  • Be adaptive and innovative



  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
