Career Evolutions is searching for an Executive Assistant for a profitable agricultural company based in Phoenix-metro, Arizona. It's a Direct-Hire, Full-Time career opportunity with a compensation up to $55,000 + Benefits and Profit Sharing.

As the Executive Assistant, you will manage the day-to-day administrative functions and provide administrative support primarily to the two owners and also the members of the executive team. You will serve as the point person for many day-to-day administrative matters. And, you will also handle details of a highly confidential and critical nature while upholding a strict level of confidentiality. You will collect and prepare sensitive information for use in discussions and meetings with the organization’s staff and outside individuals and partners. Arrange company events to take place outside of the workplace, such as staff appreciation events, company Christmas party, etc.
You are responsible for coordinating among executives, employees, and other external contacts while managing information flow in a timely and accurate manner. Managing executives’ calendars and setting up meetings. Write and format information for internal and external communication – memos, emails, presentations, reports. You possess the ability to build strong partnerships with team members across multiple locations and all levels of staff.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred
Minimum of 5 years’ experience as an administrative professional in a corporate setting, preferably at the C-Suite level
Ability to read, edit, interpret, and store complex documents, both electronically and in hard copy
Ability to work independently on assigned tasks, as well as to accept direction on given assignments
Ability to work in an office setting that is dynamic and be responsive to customers, supporters, partners, and employees requests and needs
Ability to manage time well, meet deadlines, and prioritize multiple tasks, while possessing a high attention to detail and accuracy
Demonstrated ability to exercise good judgment, evaluate alternative courses of action, work independently, and exercise professional discretion consistent with the organization’s needs
Demonstrate high level of professionalism and relate comfortably to people in all levels of the organization
Maintain a high-level of confidentiality at all times and demonstrate strong organizational skills
Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, email messaging tools, etc.
High level of curiosity and ease in working in a business environment
Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
Proactive and resourceful. Self-motivated.
Experience in agriculture industry is a plus
