A well-established law firm seeks a personal injury paralegal to join their growing practice! This position is responsible for the coordination of all correspondence, research, scheduling, and client communications necessary for each case.

Role and Responsibilities:

• Experience handling personal injury cases from inception to closing
• Bilingual Spanish is a MUST
• Personal Injury litigation experience
• Draft routine or complex legal documents for review and use by attorney's
• Conduct legal research and investigations as needed
• Schedule hearings and depositions
• Prepare documents and responses to discovery requests
• Organize and maintain personal injury files
• Obtain medical records as needed
• Conduct investigations and interviews with clients
• Prepare assistance in preparation for trial, depositions, or mediations
• Draft demand packages
• Workers' compensation law is a plus
