Career Evolutions is searching for a Paid Media Manager for a fast-growing media company in Phoenix, AZ. It's a full-time, direct-hire opportunity with compensation up to $75,000 + Bonus and Benefits.

AS the Paid Media Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the success of our clients and overall growth of the PPC Team. You will report on the status of active campaigns from a technical, analytical, and business perspective while driving innovation. And, you understand how to optimize campaigns, and how to measure and achieve ROI while being personable and communicative with the sales team and clientele. In order to ensure success across the team, high attention to detail, mentor / leadership personality and possessing an established set of best practices.

You must have experience with such campaigns as search, display, product listing ads, dynamic search, Gmail ads, YouTube ads, and Facebook ad campaigns. In addition, the manager needs to be able to understand core metrics and conversion goals that tie back to the client’s business objective.

You have a proven success in delivering pay-per-click campaign performance at scale, and you will manage project schedules, campaign build queues, campaign optimizations and internal processes to deliver campaign and department/company performance within fulfillment SLA deadlines. Additionally, you will provide new ideas and continuous improvements to the product, department and company.

You will act as the organization’s paid media expert, providing mentorship to the employees on new tools, technologies and best practices, as well as consulting services across departments and customers. You will provide regular reporting to upper-level management and other stakeholders regarding the performance of the department and the product.

Qualifications & Requirements: 

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 5+ years of paid media experience in high volume account / campaign environment
  • 5+ years of management experience and proven ability to function in a dynamic, high volume business
  • Experience leading a Paid Media department and building out a team
  • Google and Bing Certified
  • Consistent and proven success of high levels of team performance, quality assurance, and book of business growth
  • Very strong organizational skills; attention to detail; and the ability to manage multiple projects with lots of details
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and presentation skills including the ability to communicate effectively in small and large groups at all levels of the organization
