Career Evolutions is seeking out an outstanding Software Implementation Project Manager for an exciting and rapidly growing technology company in Phoenix, AZ. This is an excellent career opportunity with a compensation up to $75,000 plus a competitive benefits package.                                                                  

As a vital part of the Software Development team, you will act as a pivotal bridge that fills the gap between tech and business teams. You will work directly with software developers to set the size, scope, and time frames of projects vital to the company’s success. You will work directly with external clients, to ensure that company’s products meet the needs of the clients, and are implemented at full operational functionality.

Typical Duties Will Include:

  • Develops and monitors project plans and timelines in accordance with contract agreements to meet customer expectations
  • Assists clients with set-up decisions based on product knowledge
  • Conducts kick-off meetings with every new client; reviews expectations and creates written project implementation plans with milestones and deliverables in conjunction with the Sales Team and Account Managers
  • Coordinates all aspects of project implementation; works closely with the client and internal project team members
  • Organizes, convenes, and documents regular client and internal project team meetings throughout implementation; establishes deadlines and keeps projects on track
  • Monitors every step of the implementation process and project progress; anticipates potential issues and proactively manages details
  • Communicates project statuses and disseminates project information to clients and internal project teams on a regular basis
  • Provides end-user training for all product areas to clients as needed as part of implementation

Qualifications and Background:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related area of study
  • 4+ years of software implementation experience
  • 1+ years of project management experience
  • Experience with Customer Service and Help Desk software (Salesforce preferred)
  • Advanced skill and proficiency using Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, or other software applications to retrieve data, create spreadsheets, and generate reports
  • Experience as business analyst preferred
  • Experience providing end user product training
  • Experience working on simultaneous implementation projects
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Excellent communications skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to create and deliver effective product training
