Job Overview:

Responsibilities:
1. **Prescription Preparation and Dispensing**
   - Assist pharmacists in preparing and dispensing prescription medications

2. **Customer Service**
   - Provide friendly and efficient customer service to patients and healthcare providers
   - Answer patient inquiries regarding prescription status, medication instructions, and pharmacy services

- Perform patient outreach and communicate with patients effectively to close gaps in their medication therapy.

   - Process insurance claims and resolve billing issues with insurance companies
   - Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements related to prescription processing and record-keeping
5. **Medication Safety and Quality Assurance**
   - Adhere to safety protocols and best practices in medication handling and dispensing
   - Assist in monitoring for potential medication errors and discrepancies
   - Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance pharmacy services
   - Support pharmacists in conducting medication reviews and utilization reviews
6. **Supportive Duties**

As a strategic partner, you will drive adoption of AHCS&rsquo;s specialty pharmacy services, behavioral health solutions, and targeted therapies&mdash;helping providers optimize care while ensuring better access for patients. 


Responsibilities: 




Achieve sales targets for assigned strategic accounts by promoting AHCS&rsquo;s pharmacy and behavioral health offerings. 






Identify and win new business opportunities with large behavioral health entities, community-based organizations, and hospital systems. 






Develop and implement strategic account plans tailored to each organization&rsquo;s structure, priorities, and care delivery model. 






Conduct in-person or virtual meetings with executive decision-makers and clinical leadership to uncover needs, position value, and close business. 






Effectively coordinate efforts with the Advantage field sales team to pull-through opportunities at the local level. 






Partner with pharmaceutical manufacturer field teams to align efforts and increase prescriptions directed to AHCS. 






Build deep, trust-based relationships with executive stakeholders (e.g., CEOs, CMOs, COOs, VPs of Pharmacy, Behavioral Health Directors). 






Map out organizational structures and develop engagement strategies across complex systems. 








Act as the primary point of contact and strategic advisor for assigned accounts. 






Manage a portfolio of high-value accounts across WA, NV, HI (and potentially additional Western states). 






Maintain a high level of field presence and conduct regular site visits. 






Utilize CRM tools to document interactions, track opportunities, and manage pipeline and forecasting activities. 






Conduct regular business reviews with clients and internal leadership. 






Demonstrate expertise in behavioral health pharmacy services and related specialty therapies. 






Stay informed about market trends, regulatory developments, payer policies, and innovations in mental health and addiction treatment. 






Maintain strong working knowledge of AHCS product offerings, clinical benefits, and reimbursement pathways. 






Partner closely with internal stakeholders, including pharmacy operations, reimbursement, clinical, and marketing teams, to ensure client success.

Job Overview:
The Pharmacy Technician supports pharmacists in dispensing medications, managing inventory, and providing exceptional customer service to patients. Responsibilities:
1. **Prescription Preparation and Dispensing**
   - Assist pharmacists in preparing and dispensing prescription medications
   - Accurately measure, count, and label medications for patient prescriptions
   - Operate pharmacy equipment such as pill counters and label printers
2. **Customer Service**
   - Provide friendly and efficient customer service to patients and healthcare providers
   - Answer patient inquiries regarding prescription status, medication instructions, and pharmacy services
   - Handle prescription pick-up and drop-off, ensuring accurate patient information and payment processing
- Perform patient outreach and communicate with patients effectively to close gaps in their medication therapy.
3. **Inventory Management**
   - Manage pharmacy inventory, including ordering, receiving, and stocking medications and supplies
   - Conduct regular inventory audits to maintain accurate stock levels and prevent shortages
   - Monitor expiration dates and remove expired or recalled medications from inventory
   - Assist with the organization and cleanliness of the pharmacy storage areas
4. **Data Entry and Record-Keeping**
   - Enter prescription information into the pharmacy management system accurately and efficiently
   - Maintain accurate patient profiles and medication records
   - Process insurance claims and resolve billing issues with insurance companies
