Position Summary
The Talent Sourcing & Digital Content Marketing Specialist plays a critical role in strengthening Glycare's workforce and brand by combining strategic talent sourcing with digital content marketing. This hybrid position is responsible for identifying, engaging, and building relationships with top healthcare talent (Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants) while simultaneously creating and executing digital content strategies that elevate Glycare's employer brand, increase audience engagement, and support organizational growth.
This role partners closely with the Senior Recruiter and operational leadership to attract exceptional candidates through proactive sourcing, targeted outreach, compelling storytelling, and data-driven digital marketing strategies. Responsibilities include identifying qualified candidates, reviewing CVs, initiating candidate communications, managing social media channels, creating engaging recruitment and brand content, and using analytics to measure performance and support continuous improvement.
Work Environment and Schedule
This is a full-time, primarily remote position with a Monday through Friday schedule. The role may require occasional on-site collaboration at GlyCare&rsquo;s corporate office in Jacksonville, Florida. Candidates must be available to attend team meetings, training sessions, and company events as needed.

Essential Responsibilities 
Talent Sourcing & Recruitment

Develop and execute proactive sourcing strategies to build diverse talent pipelines for clinical and corporate positions.
Conduct market mapping, talent research, and passive candidate outreach utilizing LinkedIn Recruiter, networking, referrals, and additional sourcing tools.
Manage initial recruitment outreach including sourcing, resume review, interview scheduling, and candidate communication.
Partner with Sr. APP Recruiter and Director of Recruitment and Key Stakeholders to understand workforce needs and develop job-specific sourcing plans.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with prospective candidates through ongoing engagement and talent community development.
Guide campus recruiting initiatives by coordinating recruitment events, university partnerships, interview scheduling, and candidate communications.
Maintain accurate candidate documentation and activity within the Applicant Tracking System (BrightMove).
Ensure all recruitment activities comply with employment laws, company policies, and ethical hiring standards.
Analyze sourcing effectiveness and recommend improvements based on recruiting metrics and labor market trends.


Digital Content Marketing & Employer Branding

Develop, maintain, and execute an integrated content calendar supporting employer branding, recruitment campaigns, corporate initiatives, and community engagement.
Create engaging digital content including graphics, videos, employee spotlights, recruitment campaigns, and social media posts that strengthen Glycare's brand and culture.
Ensure brand voice, messaging, and visual identity remain consistent across all digital platforms.
Build storytelling campaigns that showcase Glycare's mission, culture, employees, career opportunities, and patient impact.
Stay current on social media trends, platform changes, healthcare marketing developments, and emerging digital engagement strategies.


Qualifications 

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Human Resources, Business, Digital Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
3+ years of experience in healthcare recruiting, talent sourcing, or talent acquisition.
2+ years of experience managing social media, digital marketing, or content marketing initiatives.
Experience sourcing candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and other recruiting platforms.
Experience with an Applicant Tracking System (BrightMove preferred).
Experience with Canva, Gamma, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar creative tools preferred.
Experience supporting employer branding initiatives.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Position Summary
The Revenue Integrity & Charge Reconciliation Specialist is responsible for the accurate and timely capture, review, reconciliation, and submission of professional charges for hospital-based inpatient services.
This is not a basic data-entry position. The role requires the ability to compare information from multiple systems, identify discrepancies, validate billing data, investigate missing or inaccurate information, and ensure charges are complete and compliant before they are released for claim submission.
This position manages the charge workflow from census reconciliation through final charge review. Responsibilities include identifying missing or duplicate encounters, confirming provider and patient information, validating coding and billing elements, maintaining detailed tracking tools, and coordinating with clinical, billing, and accounts receivable teams to resolve discrepancies.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, analytical, proactive, and comfortable taking ownership of charge accuracy across multiple providers, facilities, systems, and states.
 
Key Responsibilities
Charge Capture and Reconciliation

Perform daily census-to-charge reconciliation to confirm that all billable patient encounters have been captured.
Compare census, encounter, provider, and charge information across multiple systems and reports.
Identify and resolve missing, duplicate, incomplete, or conflicting charges.
Confirm that each charge is associated with the correct patient, provider, facility, encounter, and date of service.
Reconcile information received from electronic medical records, hospital census reports, charge files, provider documentation, and billing systems.
Maintain accurate and organized reconciliation logs for multiple hospitals and providers.
Track unresolved discrepancies and follow them through to completion.
Escalate missing documentation, system issues, or unresolved charge concerns when appropriate.

Charge Review and Billing Validation

Review professional charges for completeness, accuracy, and compliance before submission.
Validate CPT and HCPCS coding, ICD-10 diagnosis alignment, and modifier usage within the scope of the role.
Verify key billing elements, including:

Patient demographics
Insurance information
Dates of service
Place of service
Rendering provider
Billing provider
Facility or service location
Patient status
Authorization or referral requirements
Eligibility information

Identify outdated, invalid, incomplete, or potentially noncompliant coding or billing information.
Correct billing information when appropriate or route the issue to the correct team member for resolution.

Support clean claim submission by resolving issues before charges are released.

Workflow and Timeliness Management

Process, review, and release charges within established turnaround-time standards.
Prioritize work based on charge age, facility, provider, volume, and potential reimbursement risk.
Manage high-volume charge workflows across multiple facilities and states while maintaining accuracy.
Monitor outstanding or incomplete charges and follow up promptly with the appropriate team.
Maintain consistent documentation of all actions taken, issues identified, and corrections made.
Ensure charge workflows remain current and do not create unnecessary billing delays.

Analysis and Issue Resolution

Investigate charge discrepancies and determine the underlying cause of the issue.
Work with providers, clinical operations, billing, credentialing, and accounts receivable teams to resolve charge-related concerns.
Analyze recurring errors or delays by provider, facility, service location, system, or workflow.
Identify trends involving missing charges, duplicate charges, provider assignment errors, coding concerns, or delayed documentation.
Communicate recurring issues to leadership and assist with corrective action.
Proactively identify workflow gaps, system inconsistencies, or documentation problems that may affect revenue integrity.
Help develop tracking methods, reports, and process improvements that reduce errors and improve charge accuracy.

Collaboration and Communication

Communicate clearly and professionally with providers and internal teams regarding documentation, coding, charge, or workflow questions.
Request missing or corrected information in a timely and respectful manner.
Explain identified discrepancies clearly and provide enough detail for the issue to be resolved.
Collaborate with billing and accounts receivable staff to address charge-related denials, rejections, or payment delays.
Support patient-facing billing inquiries when additional charge research is needed.
Maintain professional communication across a growing, multi-state organization.

Operational Support and Growth

Support the onboarding of new hospitals, providers, and service locations.
Assist with testing and validating charge workflows before and after new facility launches.
Confirm that provider, facility, coding, and billing information is correctly configured for new operations.
Maintain organized procedures, tracking tools, reconciliation records, and audit-ready documentation.
Participate in process improvement efforts that increase accuracy, efficiency, and scalability.
Cross-train in related billing, coding, claims, or revenue cycle functions as operational needs evolve.

 
Qualifications

At least one year of experience in medical billing, charge capture, charge entry, coding support, claim review, pre-bill review, revenue integrity, or healthcare revenue cycle operations.
Experience in a physician practice, hospital-based medical group, health system, specialty practice, medical billing company, or similar healthcare environment.
Working knowledge of professional medical billing and charge workflows.
Familiarity with CPT, HCPCS, ICD-10, modifiers, place of service, provider attribution, and claim-submission requirements.
Experience reviewing, reconciling, or validating billing data from multiple sources.
Ability to identify missing, duplicate, inconsistent, or inaccurate information.
Ability to investigate issues, determine root causes, and follow discrepancies through resolution.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including the ability to organize, compare, filter, reconcile, and validate large datasets.
Experience using electronic medical record, practice-management, billing, or claim systems.
Familiarity with systems such as Epic, Cerner, or PracticeSuite is helpful but not required.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and high-volume workflows while meeting deadlines.
Effective written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with clinical and billing teams.

Hospital-based, multi-facility, or multi-state billing experience is preferred but not required.

This position supports a hospital-based medical group operating across multiple states. The role is ideal for someone with experience in medical billing, insurance accounts receivable, claim follow-up, denial management, payment research, or other revenue cycle functions who is ready to expand their knowledge and contribute within a growing organization.
The successful candidate will be comfortable researching claim issues, communicating with insurance companies, documenting follow-up activity, and taking ownership of accounts through resolution. Experience in every area listed below is not required; however, candidates should have a strong medical billing foundation, a willingness to learn, and the ability to independently work through billing and reimbursement issues.
 
What You&rsquo;ll Do

Manage insurance accounts receivable and follow up on unpaid, delayed, rejected, underpaid, or denied claims.
Review claim status, payer responses, and account history to determine the appropriate next steps.
Contact commercial insurance plans, Medicare, Medicaid, and managed care payers to research and resolve claim issues.
Correct and resubmit claims when appropriate.
Work claims involving eligibility, coordination of benefits, authorization, documentation, coding, provider enrollment, claim submission, reimbursement, or payer processing issues.

What We&rsquo;re Looking For

Experience in a physician practice, hospital-based practice, specialty group, medical billing company, health system, or similar healthcare setting.
Working knowledge of the medical billing and insurance reimbursement process.

Compensation and Benefits
Salary range: $56,000&ndash;$68,000 annually, based on experience and qualifications.

Work Schedule and Location
This is a full-time, on-site position located in Jacksonville, Florida.
Schedule: Monday through Friday
Applicants must be able to reliably commute to the Jacksonville office.

We partner with hospitals and health systems across multiple states to deliver dedicated inpatient diabetes management services through GlyCare-employed Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants.
Position Overview
GlyCare is seeking an experienced Practice Manager to lead multi-site operations for facility-based provider teams across multiple hospital systems and states. This role is ideal for a hands-on healthcare operations leader who enjoys supporting clinical teams, solving staffing challenges, improving workflows, and using data to drive consistent service delivery.
The Practice Manager will oversee GlyCare-employed Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants assigned to partner facilities, ensuring each site is staffed, supported, compliant, and aligned with GlyCare standards and facility requirements.
Key Responsibilities
In this role, you will:
&middot;         Remotely oversee daily operations, provider coverage, staffing plans, and workload across assigned partner facilities.
&middot;         Operationally supervise and support Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants, including scheduling, coaching, performance management, and annual evaluations.
&middot;         Coordinate planned time off, leaves, vacancies, unexpected absences, PRN coverage, and cross-facility staffing needs.
&middot;         Partner with GlyCare&rsquo;s internal Clinical Leadership, Human Resources, Credentialing, Quality, Compliance, Revenue Cycle, and Information Technology departments to address operational challenges and provider performance concerns.
&middot;         Monitor APP documentation standards, attendance, productivity, compliance, and quality measures.
&middot;         Maintain staffing trackers, dashboards, reports, and operational data to support workforce planning and leadership decision-making.
Required Qualifications
&middot;         Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in healthcare administration, business administration, nursing, or a related field.
&middot;         5+ years of experience in healthcare operations, medical practice management, hospital operations, or clinical program management.
&middot;         3+ years of direct people-management or staff-supervision experience.
&middot;         Experience managing healthcare providers or clinical teams across multiple facilities, regions, or states is a plus.
&middot;         Strong skills in provider scheduling, workforce planning, staffing coverage, performance management, policy implementation, and compliance monitoring.
&middot;         Familiarity with hospital credentialing, privileging, onboarding, facility access, and multi-state workforce requirements.
&middot;         Ability to use operational metrics, reports, and dashboards to identify trends and recommend practical solutions.
&middot;         Excellent leadership, communication, organization, conflict-resolution, documentation, confidentiality, and follow-through skills.
&middot;         Proficiency with Microsoft Office, scheduling platforms, dashboards, and reporting tools
&middot;         Ability to provide professional references from direct supervisors in your last two roles upon request.
Preferred Qualifications
&middot;         Experience remotely managing Nurse Practitioners, Physician Assistants, or Advanced Practice Provider teams.
&middot;         Experience leading inpatient or multi-site healthcare operations.
&middot;         Knowledge of APP scope-of-practice, supervision, delegation, collaboration, documentation, billing, compliance, and revenue cycle requirements.
Work Environment and Schedule
&middot;         Based in Jacksonville, Florida, primarily during standard business hours.
&middot;         Flexibility required for urgent staffing or operational needs outside normal business hours.

What You&rsquo;ll Do

Provide inpatient diabetes and glycemic management consultations
Manage adult hospitalized patients on Med-Surg and Step-Down units
Adjust insulin and diabetes therapies using evidence-based protocols
Collaborate with hospitalists, nursing, pharmacy, and acute care teams
Document directly within the hospital EMR
Practice within a highly collaborative inpatient consultative model

 
Our Must Have&rsquo;s

Active, unrestricted Texas NP or PA license
NP certification as FNP, AGNP, or ACNP, or PA-C certification
EMR proficiency required
Recent Inpatient experience required
DEA not required
Minimum one-year commitment required

 Approximately 16 shifts per month 
 Full benefits eligibility
 Predictable block-style scheduling
 More non-working days than traditional Monday&ndash;Friday provider roles
 Daytime hospital-based rounding only
 Minimal after-hours phone-only call
 No ICU management
 No procedures
 No admissions or discharges
 No controlled substance prescribing
 Protocol-driven care model
 Structured onboarding, training, and mentorship (for both new grads and experienced APP&rsquo;s) 
 Collaborative consultative practice environment
 
Schedule/Shift Availability
Based on hiring needs, available shifts may include:

Monday - Wednesday + Every Other Weekend
OR
Wednesday - Friday  + Alternating Weekends

 
Compensation
$130,000 - $141,000 annually
In addition to your base salary, you will earn uncapped monthly bonuses based on RVU production.
