Position Overview
Reporting to the Chief Commercial Officer, the Director of Sales is a strategic, consultative sales professional who excels in an elevated sales environment. This role requires a motivated sales hunter who can develop and execute effective sales strategies, cultivate and manage named accounts, and consistently meet or exceed sales targets. Creating problem-solving capabilities in a complex selling environment is key. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the pharmacy benefits management (PBM) ecosystem and a successful track record of selling into a sophisticated buyer set. Preferably has channel sales experience and an understanding of the unique challenges in a two-sided marketplace.
This is position is fully remote.


Scope of Responsibilities

Develop and execute strategic sales plans that address the unique needs of each client.
Identify and cultivate new business opportunities, advancing deals through all stages of the sales process to closure.
Manage a territory of named accounts, driving growth through effective account planning, target profiling, opportunity analysis, and pipeline management.
Become a trusted, advisory-level partner with clients to nurture, establish, and expand relationships and bookings with individual client producers and across firms.
Leverage healthcare data analytics to provide valuable insights and solutions to clients.
Utilize a consultative selling approach to understand and address client challenges, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability in sales strategies.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, maintaining close communication and providing input to optimize the sales approach.
Consistently update the CRM (Salesforce), documenting sales activities and maintaining an accurate sales pipeline.



Candidate Qualifications

3-7 years' experience in a sales producing role
Proven success in a sophisticated sales environment, from prospecting to closing deals.
Strong understanding of the PBM or pharmacy ecosystem, with a preference for experience in the employee benefits sectors.
Channel sales experience and understanding of two-sided marketplace challenges.
Preferred, not required: familiarity with the role of Pharmacy Benefit Managers (PBMs).
Experience with strategic and analytical approaches to building sales pipelines and achieving sales goals.
Experience with healthcare data analytics, particularly in interpreting and utilizing health-related data to drive sales.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple clients and deals simultaneously, overseeing internal and external processes and communications.
Self-starter with a high comfort level in consultative selling and a strong bias for action.
Metrics-driven approach to sales, utilizing strategic demand generation, lead generation, and pipeline management.
Intellectual curiosity and the ability to absorb and apply content effectively in sales situations.

Base Salary Range: $120,000 - $150,000 per year
An employee's pay position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, travel requirements, revenue-based metrics, any contractual agreements, and business or organizational needs. The range listed is just one component of Truveris's total compensation package for employees.

Position Summary
Truveris is hiring a Strategic Customer Success Manager to manage our most strategic public and private sector clients, overseeing 3&ndash;5 of our top accounts. This role, reporting to the VP of Customer Success, will drive 100% client retention, own Truveris service renewals with assigned accounts, and provide expertise in PBM contracting. This role requires executive presence to build trust and influence at the highest levels of client organizations and internally within Truveris. The role is fully remote, with some travel required for client visits.


Key Responsibilities

Lead relationships for a small set of top-tier public sector and commercial accounts, ensuring 100% retention and measurable value.
Own Truveris service renewals (scope, term, pricing) for assigned accounts in partnership with Sales/Legal.
Advise clients on PBM vendor contracts (structure, pricing models, guarantees, compliance) and support RFP strategy, evaluation, and negotiation readiness with their PBM vendors.
Influence senior leadership and cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions and exceptional service for key accounts.
Identify opportunities to expand Truveris solutions and partnerships through consultative, data-driven engagement.
Represent Truveris externally at client meetings as the voice of the customer.



Qualifications

5+ years in pharmacy benefits management with deep PBM contract expertise (advising clients on vendor terms, pricing, guarantees, compliance).
10+ years as a Customer Success Manager, Account Manager or similar account relationship role.
Proven success managing public sector clients, including navigating government procurement and contracting processes.
Demonstrated track record of owning account renewals and delivering 100% retention for large, complex accounts.
Exceptional executive relationship management, negotiation, and communication skills.
Strategic thinker with strong analytical and presentation skills to translate complex data into actionable strategies.
Proficiency with Salesforce and Microsoft Office Suite.
Some travel required for client meetings.



Success Metrics

100% retention for directly managed accounts.
Successful Truveris service renewals and long-term agreements.
Growth in Truveris' solution adoption within strategic accounts.



Compensation
Salary: $120,000 &ndash; $135,000

SUMMARY:
We are seeking an experienced, self-motivated and highly qualified Customer Success Manager with a proven track record of client retention and client satisfaction. In this role, you are expected to proactively establish and cultivate relationships by acting as a strategic advisor to assigned clients. This position plays a critical role in company growth by strengthening key client relationships, ensuring renewals, and maximizing overall client satisfaction. This role is part of the Customer Success team.
RESPONSIBILITIES:

Successfully retain and renew clients by demonstrating the value of Truveris services.
Proactively manage all client communications with urgency, ensuring a seamless and professional experience related to client inquiries, client contractual deliverables/deadlines, and/or other client communication needs.
Lead client engagement activities for assigned clients, including project management, communication, people mapping to extend depth and breadth of client engagement, and establishing yourself as the client's trusted advisor by translating client needs both internally and externally.
Lead meetings with confidence and professionalism, including senior leadership with appropriate acumen and professionalism.
Use data analysis to provide valuable insights to clients, helping them make informed decisions about their pharmacy benefits that increase the value and likelihood of retention with Truveris.
Drive process improvement by identifying opportunities to eliminate inefficiencies, drive standardization, automation, and streamline operations both internally and with client engagement.
Execute and contribute to the ongoing development of client onboarding processes and client management workflows.
Collaborate on ongoing product development, process improvements, and adaptations in response to client requirements.
Identify and communicate opportunities to enhance customer value by introducing relevant Truveris solutions that align with client needs.
Manage ongoing relationships with Pharmacy Benefit Managers (PBMs) to ensure client deliverables and achieved.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Education: Bachelor's Degree.
Experience: 4+ years of experience in Customer Success Management or equivalent client-facing roles, preferably within the Healthcare Consulting industry.
Demonstrated knowledge of the Pharmacy Benefit Manager (PBM) industry is preferred but not required.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office suite. Proficiency with Salesforce or another CRM software is preferred.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to confidently lead a large group meeting, both virtually and in-person, with audiences that include senior leadership.
Strong client management skills, including the ability to build and maintain relationships.
Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively within a team.
Foundational project management skills, including the development and maintenance of project plans or client-specific action logs.
Strategize and prepare client meeting agendas and desired outcomes.
Work in a matrixed, fast-paced, small company environment where adaptability and decisive action are essential to success.
Travel: Expected 5-10% domestic travel for client meetings and events.

 
Base salary range: $80,000 - $100,000 annually

POSITION SUMMARY
The Analyst, PBM RFP Management, plays a key supporting role in helping clients evaluate and select pharmacy benefit managers (PBMs). Working closely with senior team members, this role supports the execution of PBM Request for Proposal (RFP) projects using our proprietary tools and processes. The Analyst assists in collecting and validating data, running competitive bid analyses, and preparing client deliverables that inform PBM selection decisions. This position is ideal for someone with strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and an interest in learning the pharmacy benefits industry. This role will work closely and communicate with external clients on a consistent basis.
We are hiring for multiple levels of seniority for this position starting at an associate level and up to senior level.
 
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Support the delivery of PBM RFP projects from initiation through vendor evaluation and client reporting
Collect, clean, and validate data inputs from clients and vendors
Use internal tools and templates to assist in running and managing competitive PBM bids
Analyze PBM pricing, guarantees, and proposal responses to identify key cost and performance differences
Prepare charts, reports, and presentations that summarize analytical findings for client meetings
Maintain accurate project documentation and workflows in project management systems Collaborate with Senior Analysts and internal teams to ensure timely, high-quality deliverables Contribute feedback on process improvements and tool enhancements
Communicating with external clients on projects

 
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

1&ndash;5 years of experience in analytics, healthcare consulting, benefits administration, or a related field (internships or academic experience acceptable)
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel
Excellent organizational skills with a focus on accuracy and attention to detail
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Business, Economics, Finance, or a related field
