Overview
The Enrollment Advisor will play a vital role in guiding prospective students and their families through the enrollment process. This individual will serve as the first point of contact for inquiries, assisting with the completion of applications, providing detailed information about our program offerings, and ensuring a smooth and efficient enrollment experience for all students. The ideal candidate is a motivated, goal-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment. They are responsible for conducting high-volume outbound outreach, managing inbound inquiries, and meeting defined conversion and quality targets.

Essential Duties

Student Enrollment Support:

Assist prospective students and their families with the online enrollment process.
Provide clear, detailed explanations of program offerings, requirements, deadlines, and enrollment steps.
Guide families through the application process and troubleshoot any issues that may arise.


Data Entry and Documentation:

Accurately enter student information into the enrollment system, ensuring all documentation is complete and compliant with regulatory standards.
Maintain and update student records as necessary, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with privacy policies.


Collaboration with Enrollment and Support Teams:

Work closely with the Enrollment Manager and other team members to ensure smooth processing of student applications and timely resolution of issues.
Actively participate in mandatory and optional training sessions, workshops, and webinars to enhance job-related skills and knowledge.
Continuously monitor and review updates in company policies, procedures, and tools to ensure compliance and efficiency in daily tasks.
Collaborate with team members and management to identify skill gaps and areas for improvement and proactively address them through ongoing education and training initiatives.



Knowledge, Skills & Attributes 

At least two (2) years of relevant work experience in a related position/industry is strongly preferred. 
Demonstrated experience in registration, lead generation, or a related field.
Strong knowledge of virtual education programs and EdTech trends.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently while coordinating effectively with the team. 
Results-driven approach with a focus on meeting and exceeding goals.
Proficiency in CRM systems, such as Salesforce, and tracking tools.

Education & Certification Requirements
     A minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent is required for all positions. Additional education may be required based on the position.

Overview
Stellar Virtual seeks a dedicated and certified Special Education Teacher to join our team. This remote position will be responsible for providing specialized instruction and support to students with disabilities in grades K-12 within our virtual learning platform. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of special education best practices, Individualized Education Program (IEP) development and implementation, excellent communication and technology skills, and a commitment to fostering a positive and inclusive online learning environment. The teacher will collaborate closely with students, parents, general education teachers, and related service providers to ensure the academic, social, and emotional success of students with disabilities. 

Essential Duties

Develop, implement, and monitor Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) in accordance with Oregon state regulations and best practices.
Conduct virtual IEP meetings and collaborate effectively with parents, students (as appropriate), general education teachers, related service providers, and administrators.
Ensure IEP goals and objectives are measurable, relevant, and aligned with the student's needs and the curriculum.
Adapt and modify curriculum and instructional materials to meet the diverse learning needs of students with disabilities in the virtual setting.
Provide direct and indirect specialized instruction to students with disabilities in individual and small group virtual settings.

Overview
The Senior Analyst will be responsible for the end-to-end maintenance of the corporate budget and the integrity of all underlying budget files. This position will primarily focus on internal planning and analysis (FP&A) and require the ability to bridge the gap between raw financial data and strategic decision-making to fulfill our mission of empowering families and unleashing potential. You will serve as a key financial partner to leadership, ensuring that every department has the insights needed to manage their resources effectively. 

Essential Duties

Budget Ownership: Own the maintenance and structural integrity of the master budget and all supporting departmental budget files.
Collaborative Planning: Actively contribute to and facilitate budget and forecast planning sessions with executive leadership and department heads.
Monthly Reporting: Generate and distribute monthly budget and forecast reports, providing clear visibility into the company's financial trajectory.
Variance Analysis: Conduct deep-dive "Actual vs. Budget" and "Actual vs. Forecast" comparisons each month to identify and explain performance gaps.
Strategic Partnership: Meet monthly with Department Leads and VPs to develop future forecasts and discuss financial results, acting as a consultant for their spend.
Request Review: Responsible for reviewing purchase requests and hire requests to determine if they are in budget and aligned with company goals.
Financial Modeling: Build and maintain complex models to support scenario planning, hiring approvals, and sensitivity analysis.
Revenue Collaboration: Assist with revenue recognition analysis and contract reviews to ensure alignment between billing terms and financial forecasts.
Cost Optimization: Analyze financial data and KPIs to identify trends, areas for improvement, and opportunities for cost savings.
Process Improvement: Continuously refine forecasting methodologies to enhance the accuracy of predictions and streamline the monthly close process.
Strategic Flexibility: Play a key role in collective success by proactively pivoting to support emerging business needs and strategic priorities directed by your manager.

Knowledge, Skills & Attributes

Experience: 2-4 years of experience in financial planning and analysis, budgeting, or related roles.

Overview
As an Academic Counselor, you will play a crucial role in supporting the educational needs of students with special needs in our virtual learning environment. You will provide academic counseling and guidance to students with special needs, addressing their unique challenges and helping them develop effective learning strategies. You will also be responsible for conducting ongoing assessments to identify academic strengths and challenges and monitor students' progress.

Essential Duties


Provide individual and group counseling to students regarding academic planning, course selection, graduation requirements, and post-secondary options.
Develop and implement academic support plans for students experiencing academic difficulties.
Monitor student academic progress and attendance, and proactively intervene when necessary.
Collaborate with teachers and parents to address academic concerns and develop effective strategies for student success.
Interpret and explain standardized test results to students and parents.
Provide individual and group counseling to students addressing social, emotional, and behavioral concerns.
Implement social-emotional learning (SEL) programs and initiatives within the virtual environment.
Identify and address student needs related to mental health, bullying, peer relationships, and family issues.
Serve as a point of contact and resource for students and families navigating personal challenges.
Make referrals to external community resources when necessary.
Guide high school students through the college application process, including college research, essay writing, financial aid, and scholarship opportunities.
Support on-site testing events periodically throughout the year (required).
Provide information and resources related to career exploration, vocational training, and post-secondary pathways.
Organize virtual college and career events and presentations.
Assist students with developing post-secondary plans aligned with their interests and goals.
Collaborate effectively with teachers, administrators, special education staff, and other student support personnel.
Communicate regularly with parents/guardians regarding student progress, concerns, and available resources.
Participate in virtual team meetings and professional development opportunities.

Knowledge, Skills & Attributes 

Minimum of two (2) years of experience as a school counselor, preferably working with a range of grade levels (K-12) in Tennessee.
Demonstrated experience in providing individual and group counseling.
Strong understanding of child and adolescent development.
Knowledge of academic advising, college and career counseling, and social-emotional learning principles.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a virtual environment.
Proficiency in using technology for communication, counseling, and record-keeping.
Empathy, patience, and a genuine commitment to supporting student well-being.
Residency in the state of Tennessee is required.

Education & Certification Requirements

A master's degree in School Counseling or a related field.

Collaborate with general education teachers to provide effective co-teaching strategies and ensure accessibility of the general education curriculum.
Implement evidence-based practices and interventions to address students' academic, behavioral, and social-emotional needs.

The Certified Evening Tutor will be responsible for delivering high-quality virtual instruction, assessing student learning, and providing targeted academic support to ensure student success. Essential Duties

Develop and implement academic goals, policies, and programs that align with Stellar Virtual&rsquo;s mission and comply with the Tennessee Department of Education requirements.
Provide leadership in curriculum development, instructional strategies, and assessment practices tailored to virtual learning environments.
Oversee and support educators and staff by fostering a collaborative and professional work environment.
Ensure all academic programs meet Tennessee state standards, including licensure and testing requirements.
Utilize data-driven decision-making to monitor student progress, evaluate program effectiveness, and implement improvements.
Promote student engagement and success through innovative teaching methods and social-emotional learning programs.
Collaborate with parents, guardians, and community stakeholders to ensure effective communication and student support.
Stay updated on Tennessee-specific educational policies, including licensure requirements, accountability standards, and state assessments.
Manage budgetary resources to support instructional needs and operational requirements.
Leverage emerging technologies to enhance instruction, engagement, and operational efficiency.

Knowledge, Skills & Attributes

A minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership role in an educational setting, preferably with experience in virtual or online education; 7 or more years is preferred. 
A deep understanding of curriculum design, instructional strategies, and assessment practices, particularly in virtual education.
Ability to lead, motivate, and manage a diverse team of educators and administrative staff.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills.
Proficiency with educational technology tools, learning management systems, and virtual collaboration platforms.
Strategic thinking with the ability to drive innovation and anticipate future needs in online education.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities effectively.
Knowledge of Tennessee educational policies, standards, and testing requirements.

Education & Certification Requirements

A bachelor&rsquo;s degree in education or a related field is required. 
A master&rsquo;s degree in education or leadership is highly preferred.
An active Tennessee Principal License or equivalent administrative certification is required.
A valid Tennessee teaching license with prior teaching experience in the state is preferred.

Essential Duties

Actively participate in Admission, Review, and Dismissal (ARD) meetings as needed, providing valuable input and support for individualized education plans.
Foster positive and productive relationships with students, parents, and staff.
Efficiently organize and manage school support operations, ensuring all student needs are met.
Conduct regular progress checks on student grades and academic performance, providing timely feedback and support to students.
Provide frequent communication and responses to incoming requests from parents and students, ensuring clear and helpful services.
Guide students and parents with questions related to benchmarks, IREAD, ILEARN, and SAT State testing, offering expert advice and support.
Participate in all required meetings, including staff meetings, professional development sessions, and parent-teacher conferences.
Deal sensitively and fairly with individuals from diverse cultural backgrounds, promoting inclusivity and respect within the school community.
Proctor in-person state test sites as needed, maintaining test security and integrity.
Undertake other duties as assigned, contributing to the overall success and efficiency of the school's counseling services.

Knowledge, Skills & Attributes

Proven experience working independently with minimal supervision, including the ability to manage a digital task list and maintain a stable remote (home-office) infrastructure.
Minimum of 1&ndash;2 years of experience using the Google Workspace suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Drive) in a professional or academic setting.
Demonstrated ability to communicate complex ideas via written channels (Email, Google Chat, and Document Comments) with high clarity and low ambiguity.
Access to a private, secure, high-speed internet connection with a minimum of 25 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload speeds.
Demonstrate sound decision-making skills, especially in difficult or sensitive situations, ensuring the best outcomes for students.
Utilize strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and responsibilities effectively.
Exhibit clear and effective communication with students, parents, and colleagues.
Promote a positive, caring, and inclusive climate within the virtual school environment, ensuring all students feel supported and valued.
Experience using a student information system and/or other type of database.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Education & Certification Requirements

Master&rsquo;s degree in School Counseling, Psychology, or a related field from an accredited institution.
Valid Indiana School Counselor License (P-12) or eligibility for licensure is required.

Overview
As the Supervisor of Enrollment Services, you will provide strategic oversight to the entire enrollment process, collaborating closely with the Senior Manager of Enrollment Services. You will empower and mentor a team of enrollment professionals to deliver outstanding service to prospective students and families. This key leadership role involves developing and executing impactful marketing strategies to drive new student enrollment, while ensuring a streamlined and effective enrollment process that supports Stellar Virtual's goals. You will also be responsible for instilling the school's values, differentiators, and vision within the team, and for actively engaging prospective families to nurture strong enrollment interest. 

Essential Duties

Team Supervision:


Lead and motivate a team of customer service representatives, ensuring they meet performance goals and deliver excellent service.
Monitor team performance and provide coaching, feedback, and ongoing support to enhance skill development.


Performance Management:


Track and assess team performance metrics (e.g., call handling time, customer satisfaction, resolution rates) to ensure KPIs are met.
Conduct regular one-on-one meetings with team members to discuss performance and set developmental goals.


Training & Development:


Onboard, train, and continuously develop team members to enhance their skills and performance.
Conduct regular training sessions and ensure team members stay updated on new products, services, and processes.


Customer Escalations:


Handle escalated customer concerns or complaints, providing resolutions in a timely and professional manner.
Monitor difficult or complex customer situations and ensure they are resolved efficiently while maintaining customer satisfaction.


Quality Assurance:


Ensure that all customer interactions adhere to company standards for quality and professionalism.
Review call recordings, provide feedback to team members, and implement strategies to improve service quality.


Reporting & Analysis:


Prepare and analyze daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports.
Share insights with management and suggest improvements to enhance overall service delivery.


Process Improvement:


Identify areas for process optimization and recommend strategies to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve the customer experience.
Implement best practices and support continuous improvement initiatives.



Knowledge, Skills & Attributes

At least 3 years in a similar role or industry is required; 5 years is preferred.
Strong organizational and time management skills with meticulous attention to detail and accurate reporting.
Familiarity with PEIMS, student information systems, and educational registration platforms.
Experience using digital marketing tools to drive enrollment and engagement.
Confident strategic decision-maker with strong judgment and team leadership in a results-driven setting.
Proven leadership skills in managing teams, setting goals, and providing mentorship.
Strong project management skills; able to handle multiple initiatives and deadlines simultaneously.
