      <description><![CDATA[Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) Administrator 
 
Total Force Alliance is seeking an Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) Administrator to join our high-performing team for a long-term engagement with the Internal Revenue Service (IRS). This role will focus on achieving key project objectives and deliverables. You&rsquo;ll be involved in AEM administration and some software development, debugging, and addressing customer queries across multiple products as we modernize applications and migrate to the cloud. The ideal candidate will manage entire projects or processes spanning multiple technical areas, ensuring smooth progress. Each day will present unique challenges, making it a dynamic and engaging position. This position is currently HYBRID and will require 2-3 days of in-person work at a local IRS site, but is subject to change at the customer's request.
 
Clearance Requirement:

Candidates must be a US Citizen or Lawful Permanent Resident (LPR) with at least three consecutive years of U.S. residency, from the date of legal entry, as an LPR and be Federal Tax compliant and up to date on tax payments; if not, the candidate will not be considered.

 
Primary Responsibilities:

AEM administration.
Administration, troubleshooting, and optimization of AEM instance.
Collaborate closely with our customers to tackle complex and unique challenges that affect multiple areas and disciplines.
Develop techniques at a pace that is mission-focused.
Utilize the latest cloud technologies and how they can be applied to complex problems for the migration of applications to the cloud.
Design technical solutions using Agile methodology.
System Testing and verification activities to include test generation, execution, and documentation.
System Integration activities to include requirements gathering, architecture design, testing, CI/CD, monitoring, documentation, stakeholder communication, training, and support.

Basic Qualifications:

Bachelor&rsquo;s degree and 4+ years of experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) implementing full-cycle Adobe AEM projects. However, an equivalent combination of education, certification(s) and relevant experience will be considered in lieu of bachelor&rsquo;s degree.
4+ years of experience with AEM Administration.
Developer experience with AEM.
Experience in migrating legacy on a pre-AEM system to the cloud.
Solid experience with AEM building blocks, including templates, components, dialogs, widgets, and bundles.
Unit Testing: Experience in writing and conducting unit tests for code reliability.
Git: Proficient in using version control systems like Git for code collaboration.
Professional experience in the design and implementation of complex solutions, ideally both clean-slate projects and updates to legacy code bases.
Experience in and demonstrated ability to work quickly in an agile environment.
Strong communication skills to convey technical concepts and collaborate with team members.
IDEs and Toolchains: Experience with development tools, integrated development environments (IDEs), and toolchains relevant to development boards.
Proficiency in coding for embedded systems.
Ability to adapt to new technologies and work in a dynamic environment.
Ability to analyze problems and come up with effective solutions, and the ability to work effectively within a team to drive success across various technical domains.
Ability to obtain and maintain a Minimum Background Investigation (MBI clearance) before starting.

 
Preferred Qualifications:

Current IRS MBI and prior IRS experience is highly desirable.
Experience in Java Development, specializing in Hibernate.
Java: Proficient in both application and embedded code development.
Experience in Java Content Repository (API) suite, Sling web framework and Apache Felix OSGi framework, DAM, and Workflows.
Microservices knowledge and experience in identifying the need for microservices, developing requirements, programming microservices, and testing.
Experience with building tools like ANT, Maven, and Gradle.
Experience in Adaptive forms, a plus.
AI development, a plus.
Experience of Communication Protocols to interface with peripheral devices.
Cloud computing experience with migrating applications to the cloud and developing UI on the front end.
Knowledge of the latest technologies and how they can be applied to complex problems.
Demonstrated expertise in interfacing and scripting with Oracle Database to include the creation and modification of tables, queries, and data structures.
Commitment to code correctness and quality assurance through static analysis, code review, automated testing, and continuous integration.]]></description>

Total Force Alliance is in need of a Business Analyst to join our program team supporting a  federal customer located in Washington, DC.  You will play a valuable part in supporting and executing a wide range of projects assisting the development team to provide top shelf ETL applications and products to our customers and their customers.  The successful candidate will perform functional and business requirements analysis and IT applications analysis, in addition to IT applications development as assigned.
Primary Responsibilities:

Oversee daily operations and ensure efficiency of ETL applications.
Respond to and resolve operational issues and incidents promptly of ETL applications. 
Recognize, diagnose, research, and resolve system and design concerns of ETL applications.
Document root cause analysis and track incidents to identify recurring problems.
Responsible for development and providing development lifecycle support for any code changes or enhancements.
Ensure appropriate Change Management processes/procedures and documentation are followed.
Interface with external partners and assist them with testing and resolution of production issues.
Help with system validation once the software has been developed.
Support System testing for any online application changes.
Work closely with the Project Manager, technical architect, and the other development staff.

 Basic Qualifications:

Bachelor&rsquo;s degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education, with 8 years of professional experience, or 6 years of professional experience with a related Master&rsquo;s degree.
Candidate must have been a US resident for at least 3 consecutive years immediately prior to this engagement and must be able to obtain and retain a Public Trust level clearance. 
This position is fully remote; candidate must live in the United States.
 
Experience working in the software development lifecycle, with strong experience on ETL based development.
Working experience with development using Amazon Web Services (AWS) and primarily on AWS Glue studio.
Experience working with programming language PySpark/Python
Experience working with relational database like PostgreSQL
Experience working in a fast-paced development environment with drive to completion.
Experience with using version control systems (CodeCommit, CodeBuild, CodePipeline preferred)
Experience with using issue/problem tracking systems (Jira preferred)
Requirements analysis and application analysis and design skills.
Working knowledge of distributed application environments.
Familiarity with standard lifecycle processes and tools and working within a team environment.
Ability to multi-task and work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.


Preferred Qualifications:

Knowledge or experience with Software Engineering (IEEE) Capability Maturity Model (CMM) standards.
Knowledge or experience with Full Development Lifecycle (FDLC) methodologies.
Familiarity with SQL tools and knowledge of object-oriented programming analysis methods.
Experience with, or knowledge of, data modeling and modeling tools.
Experience with building customer relationships to prioritize and analyze system issues.

Job Description:


Total Force Alliance is seeking a highly skilled Master Scheduler supporting the U.S. Army Intelligence and Security Command (INSCOM) based in Fort Belvoir, VA. As a Master Scheduler, you will be responsible for supporting the successful execution of projects by organizing tasks, maintaining documentation, and facilitating communication among team members and stakeholders. This role plays a vital part in ensuring that projects remain on track, meet deadlines, and align with organizational goals.


 


Primary Responsibilities:



3&ndash;5 years of experience in scheduling, production planning, or a similar role.


Experience with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).


Proficiency in scheduling software and tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Primavera, Jira, Confluence, or equivalent).


Strong knowledge of supply chain and production planning processes,


Familiarity with Lean, Six Sigma, or other process improvement methodologies.


Balance workloads across teams and resources to optimize efficiency and minimize bottlenecks.


Update schedules to reflect changes in demand, priorities, or resource availability.


Communicate schedules and changes clearly to all relevant stakeholders.


Proactively identify potential delays or issues and implement corrective actions.


Maintain accurate scheduling records and documentation.


Use data analysis to forecast future scheduling needs and recommend process improvements.



 


Required Qualifications:



Active TS/SCI security clearance


Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Project Coordinator, Project Manager or Master Scheduler


Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification, Project Scheduler Certification, or a Defense Acquisition Workforce Improvement Act (DAWIA) Level III certification in Program Management


Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field (4 additional years of experience can be considered in lieu of a degree)



 


Preferred Qualifications:



Experience in waterfall and agile project management methodologies


Scrum Master Certification

This role ensures the reliability, security, and scalability of systems and networks while providing advanced technical support and mentoring to junior staff. The Senior Systems Administrator collaborates with IT leadership and cross-functional teams to plan and execute system upgrades, cloud integrations, and enterprise-level projects.
Primary Responsibilities:

Design, implement, and maintain enterprise IT systems, including servers, storage, virtualization, and network infrastructure.
Ensure system performance, availability, and security across on-premises, cloud, and hybrid environments.
Plan and execute system upgrades, migrations, and consolidations.
Monitor system health, performance, and capacity, proactively addressing issues.
Develop and maintain backup, disaster recovery, and business continuity processes.
Implement and enforce security policies, patch management, and vulnerability remediation.
