The essential duties of the Account Manager I role below continue to apply, however AM II candidates bring proven experience in customer service or collections roles, are prepared for supervisory responsibility and desire ongoing cross-training and advancement in the organization.
 
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following:
 

Customer Service &ndash; Provide prompt, professional and proficient assistance to our commercial customers (manufacturers and dealers). Includes inquiries regarding account maintenance, billing statements, audit reconciliations, and assistance with our web-based account management system.
Risk Mitigation & Collections &ndash; Monitor an assigned dealer portfolio for delinquency trends and take appropriate action when necessary, including phone collections, written demands for payment and the coordination of collateral repossessions.
Order Requests &ndash;Monitor manufacturer requests for new orders to be financed on a dealer credit line to ensure uninterrupted product flow for performing dealers with adequate credit availability. Prepare overline requests for approval when necessary.
Field Audit Reconciliation &ndash; Receive and resolve clearance calls from field auditors performing inventory inspections at dealer locations. Address collection issues and collateral discrepancies at the conclusion of the inspection. Recognize and communicate potential risk to the appropriate level of management.
Administrative Duties &ndash; Process system changes, produce and review delinquency reporting, document overline requests and process credit line increase opportunities, among other daily tasks.

Position Summary: Primary individualcontributor role responsible for driving territory growth and managing dealer relationships within assigned states. This position focuses on business development, client relationship management, and generating incremental receivables growth by onboarding new dealer customers for floor plan financing and expanding business with existing customers. This is a highresponsibility sales role that includes ownership of a defined geographic territory and a portfolio of existing floorplan customers, as well as responsibility for developing prospective dealer relationships. The Director of Business Development works closely with manufacturer representatives and internal Northpoint sales, credit, and operations teams to support disciplined growth, effective onboarding, and longterm relationship development.  Success in this role requires consistent, proactive communication with existing and prospective dealers, manufacturers, and internal partners to identify opportunities, structure financing solutions, and support ongoing portfolio performance. The position does not include peoplemanagement responsibilities and operates as an individual contributor within the broader regional sales organization.
 
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following.  Other duties may be assigned.
 
 Drive receivables growth within the assigned territory by identifying, developing, and onboarding new dealer relationships, while expanding floorplan utilization with existing customers. The role carries responsibility for achieving established annual yearend receivables growth targets for the territory.
 Develop, present, and sell floor plan financing programs, including pricing structures, proposal letters, and buyout programs, in alignment with Company strategy and credit standards.
 Secure, prepare, and submit complete credit packages for new dealer customers, including credit applications, business and personal financial statements, background information, opportunity assessments, and recommendations. Effectively present opportunities to the Underwriting team in a thorough, accurate, and compelling manner.
 Maintain strong, professional communication with dealer customers, manufacturer partners, and internal stakeholders, utilizing advanced verbal, written, negotiation, and relationshipmanagement skills to support growth and longterm partnerships.
 Travel regularly within the assigned territory, including overnight travel as part of normal business operations, with occasional outofstate travel for industry events, manufacturer meetings, or customer engagements as required.

&middot;       Position Summary:  Prepare written credit narratives for large dealer relationships based on information obtained by various parties in the course of a multidisciplinary review.  Audiences will include credit committees and individual reviewers.
 
Northpoint has an excellent opportunity for a Sr. Commercial Credit Underwriter/Analyst to join our Underwriting team in Alpharetta, GA. The ideal candidate would be capable of effectively applying our underwriting guidelines to review inventory finance transactions to identify those that comply with our stated risk appetite.  These guidelines encompass collateral and credit risk assessment and customary KYC due diligence procedures.  The candidate must have effective written and oral communication skills, including having the ability to write concise and impactful reviews centered around the cash cycle of a dealership.
 
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. (This list is not exhaustive.)

Perform cash flow analysis for companies with large investments in inventory using Moody&rsquo;s-produced spreadsheets.
Structure complex transactions and negotiate complex credit documentation to mitigate risk appropriately.
Draw connections between behavioral scores and indicators unique to Northpoint that together gauge a dealer&rsquo;s financial condition.
Effectively manage the flow of credit files by communicating regularly with internal and external clients.
Utilize common sense and a sound understanding of accounting principles to lessen the risks of relying on internally-prepared financial statements that lack independent testing.  Analysts with ABL backgrounds are well-suited for this type of work. 
Complete special reviews associated with permanent increases, temporary increases, overlines, product additions, financial triggers, and high-risk account monitoring.
Prepare and deliver presentations to executives, committees and loan participants.
Other projects, assignments, or functions in support of portfolio risk management as needed.
