Key Responsibilities

Required Qualifications

Current Colorado Physical Therapist License (or ability to obtain)
Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited program
Successful completion of the National Physical Therapy Examination (NPTE)
Minimum of 1-2 years of clinical experience preferred
Strong clinical reasoning and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
Current CPR/BLS certification
Reliable transportation and flexibility to work as-needed shifts



Nice-to-Have Skills

Experience in orthopedic or sports medicine rehabilitation

All Points North Lodge is a behavioral health campus in the Vail Valley. Our PLUS department delivers some of the most advanced treatment available anywhere: Deep Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS), Ketamine-Assisted Therapy, and Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy. As a PLUS Technician, you'll be trained on this equipment on the job, working alongside our medical and clinical teams. Most people in behavioral health never get hands-on exposure to these modalities &mdash; here, it's your day-to-day.


What You'll Do

Support clients before, during, and after TMS, ketamine, and hyperbaric sessions &mdash; comfort, safety, and encouragement are the core of the job
Operate treatment equipment per protocol, under licensed supervision (full training provided)
Take and record vital signs and brief assessments
Document sessions in our electronic health record (we'll teach you the system)
Build supportive, professional relationships with clients in residential and outpatient programs
Help keep treatment spaces organized, stocked, and running smoothly

Role Overview
As a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner, you'll be a licensed practitioner responsible for managing mental health conditions and coordinating comprehensive psychiatric care for clients. Key Responsibilities

Complete comprehensive psychiatric evaluations and assessments with development of individualized treatment plans in collaboration with the treatment team
Manage psychotropic medications with careful monitoring and adjustment based on patient response and side effects
Identify appropriate candidates for advanced treatment modalities such as dTMS and ketamine therapy; provide administration and monitoring of these treatments
Provide primary care services including health assessments, diagnosis, and treatment of common acute and chronic medical conditions for patients in the psychiatric facility
Perform comprehensive history and physical examinations (H&Ps)
Order and interpret diagnostic tests and lab work; initiate appropriate interventions or referrals
Collaborate with psychiatrists, therapists, and other healthcare providers to develop integrated treatment plans addressing both physical and mental health needs
Monitor and manage physical health side effects of psychotropic medications
Serve as a clinical consultant to staff regarding physical health questions or concerns
Educate patients and families about medical conditions, medications, and healthy lifestyle habits
Participate in interdisciplinary treatment team meetings and case conferences
Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the electronic health record (EMR)
Assist with crisis intervention and coordinate with emergency or inpatient services when necessary
Support medication-assisted treatment (MAT) protocols as applicable

Required Qualifications

Key Responsibilities

Deliver individual, group, and family therapy via secure telehealth in an Intensive Outpatient (IOP) setting
Facilitate psychoeducational, experiential, and process-oriented group sessions
Conduct comprehensive psychosocial evaluations and develop individualized, evidence-based treatment plans
Provide ongoing clinical assessments, progress monitoring, and discharge planning
Deliver therapeutic interventions tailored to each client's stage of change, dependence, and recovery journey
Assess individual and family systems to identify strengths, challenges, and opportunities for growth
Collaborate with interdisciplinary clinical teams, case management, families, and referral sources to ensure coordinated, comprehensive care
Maintain accurate, compliant documentation in our electronic medical record (EMR) system, including progress notes, clinical updates, and incident reports
Participate in case staffings, team meetings, clinical supervision, and required professional trainings
Provide clinical consultation, psychoeducation, and evidence-based referrals consistent with the All Points North treatment model
Develop and nurture partnerships with community providers to support continuity of care and recovery integration
Stay current with research findings and apply outcome data to enhance clinical practice



Required Qualifications

Education: Doctoral degree in Clinical Psychology (Ph.D. or PsyD) from an accredited institution
Licensure: Active, unrestricted clinical psychology license in good standing in a Psychology Interjurisdictional Compact (PSYPACT)-eligible state. PSYPACT Passport certification is required throughout employment. (The Psychology Interjurisdictional Compact facilitates the practice of telepsychology and temporary in-person practice across state lines.)
Minimum one (1) year of clinical experience treating individuals with addiction and/or mental health disorders in a structured setting (Residential Treatment Center, Partial Hospitalization Program, or Intensive Outpatient Program)
Demonstrated knowledge of addiction, trauma, and mental health theories, including principles of recovery, developmental trauma, substance effects, and evidence-based treatment modalities
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build therapeutic rapport and work effectively as part of an interdisciplinary team
Proficiency with electronic medical records (EMR) and basic computer skills (Microsoft Office Suite)
High moral and ethical standards; commitment to NAADAC (or equivalent) ethical guidelines
Successful completion of background check, drug screening, criminal record clearance, and credential verification

Primary Responsibilities
Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy (HBOT) Administration & Operations

Administer hyperbaric oxygen therapy safely and effectively under physician direction
