The next day you might be developing social that promotes building with concrete block to make sure folks in Florida know how well concrete block construction can stand up to hurricanes. Important stuff! You’ll partner with writers and work across the agency creating the kinds of things clients keep coming back for. Our ideal candidate is a strategic thinker, a problem solver, and a zero-ego maker.

What we’ll expect from this role
• Creative Concept Development: You can understand what a client is trying to do with their brand and develop distinctive and compelling creative concepts that will get it done. You are capable of quickly generating many ideas that are all on strategy but solve the brief differently. You have visual range and also the taste and discernment to know what’s right for a brand, and what’s not.

• Client Presentation: You are comfortable presenting your ideas to the folks who are paying the tab and can effectively communicate the why behind the creative decisions and all the reasons they’re right for the brand. You can also have calm and collected conversations if clients push back.

• General Awareness: You stay current with design trends, technology, and industry best practices to keep yourself innovative and relevant. Experience with constantly evolving AI tools—and a commitment to becoming as proficient with them as possible—is a very big bonus.

The skills you’ll need:

• Business-minded, entrepreneurial, strategic, analytical, and flexible.
• Excellent time management skills to hit deadlines and juggle a creative workload.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Both are equally important.
• Strong communication skills, essential in remote arrangements.
• Exceptional attention to detail.

The experience you should already have:

• A creative portfolio that demonstrates a range of your creative work: different styles, mediums, and types of brands.
• Typically, 8+ years of experience at an agency or on an in-house brand team—but if your portfolio proves you can do the work, the exact number matters less.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma, plus enough familiarity with PowerPoint to be able to work in there if necessary.

Salary range:

• $110,000 - $150,000 annually
This represents the anticipated hiring range for the position. Final compensation will be based on experience, qualifications, and internal equity. For candidates with exceptional experience and expertise, compensation above the posted range may be considered.
