Job Summary
This position is responsible for providing professional administrative and reception support to ensure the efficient day-to-day operation of the office. Duties include answering and routing phone calls, greeting visitors, managing front-desk reception activities, scheduling appointments, coordinating travel arrangements, processing transactions, sorting mail, and supporting multiple leaders, including family members/owners. The role is also responsible for supporting internal operations with a high degree of organization, professionalism, discretion, and service excellence.
Responsibilities

Provide administrative support to multiple leaders, including family members and owners, by managing priorities, coordinating follow-up, and helping ensure timely completion of key deliverables
Maintain schedules, coordinate appointments, and assist with calendar management to support efficient day-to-day operations
Coordinate travel arrangements and related logistics, including itineraries, scheduling details, and necessary administrative follow-up
Support administrative projects and office initiatives, including social events, organizing information, preparing materials, and following through on action items
Process routine transactions, manage mail distribution, and provide general office coordination to maintain organized and efficient internal operations

Job Summary

This position will focus on Oil Field Services. Key Accounts Managers have an excellent understanding of their product and industry niche and are tasked with developing high-level clients and growing and maintaining strategic relationships within their region.
Responsibilities 

Cultivate and grow a healthy business portfolio within the target geography, using a long-term perspective.
Manage the entire sales channel, generate leads, gain approvals, negotiate prices, obtain orders, and maintain the business.
Conduct market research, attend trade shows, and stay current with industry trends.

Job Summary
The role is responsible for executing strategic sourcing initiatives in alignment with the directives of the Sourcing Manager and overall sourcing leadership. This includes implementing sourcing strategies, managing suppliers, and performing transactional procurement activities to meet organizational objectives related to service, quality, innovation, and cost efficiency. The position also plays a key role in supply chain integration to achieve the lowest total delivered cost.
The role coordinates the assigned chemical portfolio with the objective to:

Independently develop sourcing strategies aligned with business and commercial priorities, supporting market competitiveness, innovation needs, and service flexibility.
Implement and adjust strategies in response to evolving business conditions and market factors.
Analyze raw materials and cost drivers to support effective negotiation and decision-making.
Identify and lead cost reduction initiatives through innovation, waste elimination, and data-driven negotiations.
Apply advanced costing and negotiation techniques to deliver optimal system-wide cost.
Utilize business systems and software tools to produce sound recommendations and support decision-making.

Additionally, the position is responsible for participating in continuous improvement initiatives with key suppliers in support of organizational goals, including total cost of ownership (TCO) savings, working capital improvement, service performance, quality, innovation, and process optimization. The role also establishes and tracks relevant KPIs to measure progress and performance.

Key Qualifications

Bachelor&rsquo;s or Master&rsquo;s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of sourcing experience managing at least $10M in annual spend independently.
Strong foundational procurement skills including market analysis, international sourcing, contract management, supplier selection, negotiation, performance management, and strategic sourcing.
Proven negotiation and cost-analysis capabilities.
Experience in business development and identifying new opportunity areas.
Solid understanding of end-to-end supply chain processes.

Job Summary 

To expand our EMEA business, we are looking for a home-office based Sales manager  for distinct regions: UK (Northern Europe), Poland & Eastern Europe, and Germany (Central Europe). This role will augment sales of food additives like acidulants, amino acids, preservatives, antioxidants, hydrocolloids, phosphates, sweeteners, and plant-based proteins.
Responsibilities

Together with global- and regional product managers develop the targeted product portfolio and market segments to obtain sustainable & profitable growth
Develop and execute commercial strategy & plan covering dedicated countries/regions, products, volumes and sales targets
Execution of the sales strategy, develop and grow the commercial relationships of existing customers while prospecting for new accounts to increase your share;
Periodically perform and communicate updated market intelligence toward progress on your products, customers/ prospects & competitors.
This role requires regular travel within the designated region to meet with customers, attend industry events, and build networks.

Key Qualifications


  5+ years plus experience in sales & marketing of food chemicals & ingredients
