Title: Sales Operations Manager 
 
Location: Fully in-office in Radnor, PA
This is an individual contributor role, which works under minimal supervision to directly support the Business Development strategies of customer acquisitions, activations, and utilization.
As a dynamic and resourceful professional, we will rely on you to perform the following duties:

Support Business Development Sales Team and Customers.
Partner with Regional Vice Presidents and National Account Managers:

Develop strategies for accounts to gain share based on opportunity and increase presence utilizing internal and external resources.
Account analysis including business trends, top producers, first pass rate, pull-through and demographic trends.  Review and deliver monthly reports to customers as requested.
Identify new prospects and opportunities for any customer through analysis of market data and trends.
Develop and deliver presentations to customers (e.g., RFPs, business reviews, underwriting analysis, etc.) to acquire customers, maintain status or increase share.
Participate in customer meetings bringing Essent or industry knowledge.
Develop solutions and directly resolve operational challenges for customers.
Maintain prospect and key contact lists for teams and Regions.


Provide data, reports and competitive analysis for Business Development Leadership.
Proactively assess and conduct needs-based training for Business Development team.
Drive proper facilitation of the onboarding process to ensure best -in-class experience for new Business Development team members, including 1:1 and broader organization.
Coaches Business Development team to drive the most valuable through use of available tools and resources.
Attend an industry conference annually along with periodic Business Development team.
Lead or actively participate as a team member for special, limited term projects/initiatives and ongoing projects/teams. 

Ongoing teams include customer integration, customer success, Essent technology/tools, data/information and reporting and others as assigned. 
Collaborate with project teams to ensure customer needs, customer experience, and Business Development needs are evaluated. 
Provide analysis, using internal and external resources, sales team feedback and customer interactions. 
Responsible for requirement development, input, testing, analysis and gathering user intelligence.


Manage, maintain and enhance CRM to maximize opportunities and customer relationships.
Develop the communication and training plan for Business Development for all new strategies, initiatives, changes and enhancements.
Conduct research, collect and analyze data, and supply competitive analysis to Business Development Leadership on assigned topics.
Explore and propose ideas for continuous improvement and enhancements for the sales team and sales cycle.  Analyze key metrics that indicate sales effectiveness and efficiency of Business Development team.
Identify trends that will increase sales opportunities.
Track, analyze and communicate key annual quantitative metrics and trends for Business Development Team and customers.
Create, review, and maintain Business Development tools, presentations, RFPs, competitive analysis, competitive sales force analysis, etc.
Perform other duties as assigned by management.   

Minimum Education & Experience Requirements:

Bachelor&rsquo;s degree.
Five (5) to seven (7) years of directly related experience in the mortgage insurance, mortgage industry or financial services.
Project team experience required.
Training and facilitation experience required.
Strong analytical and research experience required with expert level for MS Excel. 
Experience working within a sales environment preferred.
Experience with enhancement management, testing, and implementation required.
Periodic overnight/multiple night travel required.
Expert skills with all Microsoft Office products. 
Basic understanding of training and development techniques and principles.
Natural problem solver at all levels by thinking clearly, consider risks, and evaluate options to find the best way to tackle a challenge.

Title: Closing Specialist, Title Insurance

Location: Remote, USA

The Closing Specialist will coordinate all phases of loan closing. This role will prepare loan closing packages, communicate with all parties involved in the transaction, and ensure that all paperwork is complete, accurate, and in compliance with legal regulations.

As a dynamic and resourceful professional, we will rely on you to perform the following duties:

Prepare and review closing statement.

Add all fees required to clear title and record documents.                     
Obtain all final payoffs for utility, HOA, and taxes, and other items (Purchase Closings).
Collaborate with internal teams, clients, lenders, and other parties to gather required information.     


Balance closing statement with all parties to the transaction.
Coordinate and schedule closing with all parties, to include lender and agents.

Review and organize all necessary closing documents, ensuring accuracy. Collaborate with internal teams, clients, lenders, and other parties to gather required information and documents.
Ensure that all necessary parties will be present.
Deliver closing package to assigned notary/signing agent.
Complete pre-closing call with assigned notary/signing agent to provide all details of closing to include any lender specific requirements for closing.
Follow for signed closing package and confirmation of closing. 


Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, real estate agents, lenders, and other parties involved in the closing process. Communicate effectively to address inquiries and provide updates as applicable and requested. 
Review signed closing package and deliver to all applicable parties required to review and provide approval for funding and disbursement. 

Work closely with the Post Close for any items needed to record documents.


Responsible for accurate disbursement.
Review closing statement to ensure file is balanced.

Identify how all line items will be disbursed. (i.e., Check, wire)
Ensure all invoices are received and available for disbursement.
Confirm all payees and addresses are accurate.
Work closely with funding team.


Ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations while maintaining an up-to-date knowledge of changing real estate laws and regulations.
Identify and resolve any challenges or obstacles that may arise during the closing process.
Perform other duties as assigned by management.


Minimum Education & Experience Requirements:

Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in related field or equivalent work experience. 
4+ years of industry experience.
RamQuest Closing operations system knowledge preferred. 
High-level of ethical conduct and integrity when handling sensitive financial and legal information.
Ability to read and interpret documents such as underwriting guideline matrix, lender&rsquo;s instructions, trust agreements, and purchase contracts.
Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to communicate effectively with various stakeholders and audiences.

This is an individual contributor position that works under general supervision and manages and supports Oracle databases, with a focus on high performance, reliability, integrity and recoverability. Recommend, administer, and maintain policies and procedures for ensuring the security of Oracle, Postgres, and SQL Server user and system security. 
Install, upgrade and patch Oracle, Postgres, and SQL Server RDBMS in development, test and production environment for LInux and Windows. This includes client software. 
Create structures, configure, maintain, support and modify both standalone and cloud-based Oracle, Postgres, and SQL Server databases. Plan, allocate and configure database storage systems to support short- and long-term strategic initiatives.

Title: Senior Quality Assurance Analyst 
 
Location: Fully in-office in Radnor, PA
 
This is an individual contributor position which works under regular supervision and is responsible for completing Quality Assurance Reviews.  
As a dynamic and resourceful professional, we will rely on you to perform the following duties:

      Monitor and process all emails (internal/external customers) received in the QA Audit Response Inbox. Provide detailed explanation to lender is responses are not cleared.
Ensure that all available task(s) for reports in MIQ are sent out daily. At least 85% of the samples with initial results have been reported to the lender within 90 days of sample request date and all final reports will be sent out prior to the sample&rsquo;s month end reporting. 
Prepare weekly QRC reports and facilitate weekly QRC as assigned. Ensure findings are accurate and thorough. All pertinent information is presented to QRC members. 
2nd reviews of loans with findings. Average 20 loans per day. Ensure findings are accurate in terms of severity, assignment of responsibility and classification. 
Assist QA Management with special projects which may include but is not limited to No Findings, Pend file, Full file, Second and Decline reviews. 
Participate in system UAT testing as needed. Participate in Overtime when needed to support the QA team and ensure compliance with PMIER&rsquo;s requirements. 
Perform other duties as assigned by management.  

 Minimum Education & Experience Requirements:
 

High School Diploma/GED; Bachelor&rsquo;s in Business Administration or related field is preferred.
Mortgage insurance experience is preferred.
Ten (10) years or more of experience in the mortgage banking industry with specific mortgage insurance industry experience. 
Practical experience in Conventional mortgage underwriting and/or quality assurance required.
Ability to travel as needed.
Knowledgeable of all Agency underwriting guidelines.
Proficient in Microsoft applications such as Word and Excel.
Strong appraisal review skills and knowledge of USPAP requirements.
Outstanding oral and written communication skills.

Lead a team engaged in the process of closing loans to meet production and performance goals.

As a dynamic and resourceful professional, we will rely on you to perform the following duties:

Lead a team of title closers, providing guidance on procedures and production, and training as needed. 
First point of contact to address and resolve any challenges or discrepancies that may arise during the closing process.

Minimum Education & Experience Requirements:

Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, real estate agents, lenders, and other parties involved in the closing process. Communicate effectively to address inquiries and provide updates as applicable and requested.

Work closely with the Post Close for any items needed to record documents.


Responsible for accurate disbursement.
Review closing statement to ensure file is balanced.

Identify how all line items will be disbursed. (i.e., Check, wire)

Perform risk-based assessments to prioritize agents in need of review, and prepare and communicate audit schedules.

Lead the process for terminated agents; collaborate cross-functionally to ensure claim exposure is limited and all required termination procedures are completed.

Minimum Education & Experience Requirements:

Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in a related field preferred, or equivalent work experience.
3-7 years of relevant title experience.
Knowledgeable in real estate closings, title insurance, escrow and underwriting audits, and ALTA Best Practices.
Proficient in MS Office Suite: Excel and PowerPoint proficiency are critical to the job function.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to productively interact with peers, customers, and management.

The Curative Specialist is responsible for clearing title commitments in accordance with state requirements and client instructions. Determine the impact of any recorded instrument in the chain of title.

Utilize customer service skills in all communications with the client. Address inquiries from clients, borrowers, agents, and internal staff professionally and in a timely manner.
Communicate effectively with people inside the organization, supervisors/managers, and peers.

Minimum Education & Experience Requirements:

Bachelor&rsquo;s degree preferred in related field or equivalent work experience required.
1+ years of industry experience.
High level of demonstrated customer service, and time management skills.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
RamQuest Closing operations system knowledge preferred but not required.

This is an advanced level individual contributor position which works under moderate supervision and is responsible for communications and projects for the marketing department. Minimum Education & Experience Requirements:

BA/BS in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, English, PR or related field preferred.
Seven (7) + years or more experience developing and executing communication plans in a corporate environment.
Experience in Financial Services industry, a plus.
Must possess excellent written, communication, and proofing skills, the ability to assess and produce the type of communication needed for a specific audience, and the ability to navigate complex situations. She/he must be highly professional, able to independently handle multiple tasks with a good sense of priority and can work cooperatively with others to seamlessly meet the needs of the role and of management.

The Account Manager will represent Essent to title agents within their respective region. This role is responsible for the advancement of the agent relationships to maximize Essent&rsquo;s position within the assigned account base and development of new market opportunities.

Minimum Education & Experience Requirements:
