Role Description: The RAP administration assistant shall assist the Relocation Assistance Program Manager with all administrative responsibilities as requested.

Key Responsibilities are including but not limited to:

  • Working with the RAP manager on administrative work as needed
  • Properly formatting Memorandums of Understanding (MOU), Memorandums of Agreement (MOA), Standard Operating Procedures (SOP)
  • Routing documents for signatures
  • Taking minutes during meetings by gathering information, compiling data and entering data in to the ACS CTS once a month
  • Proofreading correspondence and reports
  • Experience maintaining files and records
  • Ability to perform in crisis situations, using sound professional judgment and ethical practice

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Must be a US citizen
  • Knowledge and experience in Microsoft Office
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of command
  • Oral and Written communication skills
  • Proofreading experience
