Fiberlight LLC is seeking to hire a Program Manager to support the coordination of transformation efforts across the organization. The successful candidate will handle tracking, coordinating, and reporting activities related to transformation efforts, including providing guidance and inputs to the broader team, in coordination with other stakeholders in cross-functional leadership. The position will report directly to a member of Senior Leadership team.

Experience

Experience with technology transformation program management required, including experience handling data sets and complex program reporting and preparing presentations/reports for senior stakeholders. Experience working for a large enterprise, in technology services, and/or with telecommunications-related matters preferred. Keeping multi-function projects on track and on budget are critical.

The successful candidate will have visibility on FiberLight’s entire business and will be expected to identify risks/issues on the Transformation program and propose solutions. Experience required in handling transformation, producing reporting, and cross-referencing referential data is required (Experience in Tableau is a plus). The role includes supporting the production of Presentations/decks covering periodic meetings and ad hoc strategic meetings (strong skills in PowerPoint). Experience working in a large organization is required, and technology services is strongly preferred

The candidate will be responsible for the overall cadence and governance of the program across all functions of the business.
 
Minimum Qualifications
  • Must pass pre-employment drug screening and background check
  • Bachelor degree or comparable Military Experience
  • Minimum of 5 years of professional work experience with a strong background in commercial project management
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams
  • Ability to manage and motivate project teams
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Professional experience with MS Project, Excel, and PowerPoint to display information and present to leadership
Desired Qualifications
  • Experience with telecom operations, ideally in a B2B setting
  • Experience or familiarity with conducting project management through Microsoft Teams and Microsoft Projects
  • Experience with Tableau and/or PowerBI
  • Solution-oriented with a strong ability to identify issues, structure problems, and drive to solutions
