Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities:

  • Administer Learning Content Management System (LCMS), and Learning Management System (LMS)
  • Lead process improvements, troubleshooting, problem solving, customer service, vendor relationship management
  • Manage systems enhancements and integration of new learning resources
  • Respond to all LMS work requests and inquiries; Manage permissions and administrative privileges
  • Work with LMS vendor to troubleshoot system-specific issues and implement updates as required
  • Experience developing and implementing business processes. 

Required Qualifications:

  • TS/SCI security clearance with the ability to obtain a poly
  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Learning Technology, Computer Science or related field from an accredited academic institution 
  • Minimum five years of experience
  • Experience with Blackboard

Desired Qualifications:

  • Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Learning Technology, Computer Science or related field from an accredited academic institution
  • Five years of experience performing the same or similar work in a formal academic or professional education and training environment
  • Familiarity and/or working knowledge of the IC

Work Schedule: Core Hours
