Cardiovascular Technologist / CV Tech Travel Job:
U.S. Nursing is seeking experienced and self-motivated travel Cardiovascular Technologists for a potential strike in the fall.
Cardiovascular Technologist / CV Tech Qualifications:
- Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist (RCIS)
- BLS
- Minimum of two years experience as a Cardiovascular Tech, within the past two years.
- Graduate of an accredited Associate Degree or Bachelor Degree an accredited program.
In addition you must:
- Commit to a full 9 days away from home, one U.S. Nursing receives the official 10-days notice.
- Be available to work ANY shift. U.S. Nursing does not guarantee shift placement.
- Hand-carry your complete file.
- Not be CURRENTLY WORKING or IN PROCESS for any Fastaff assignment.
Cardiovascular Technologist / CV Tech Duties & Responsibilities:
- Patient registration and verification of medical history.
- Supports physicians in diagnosing and treating cardiac and peripheral vascular ailments by assisting with invasive procedures.
- Completes electro-cardio-grams (EKGs or ECGs), treadmill stress tests and non-invasive peripheral vascular tests.
- Documents patient services by completing patient records, forms, reports, logs, and other records.
